The time I (sort of) got to play GEORGE with ZIPPY himself (Ronnie Le Drew)

During my PO BOX opening I was sent lots of Rainbow stuff including a very special George pin and stated in the video that I had the opportunity a few years to play (sort of) that very character...
I had the complete honour of meeting one of my childhood hero's... Friend of the channel Ronnie Le Drew... This was when I was given the chance to play Zippy's pompous sidekick George for another project I invited Ronnie to par- take in! I had no idea he'd agree to it and he had no idea how much I actually sounded like infamous the pink hippo!! I've held back the footage for a few years but now people have asked to see it... I will forever be thankful to Ronnie for letting this happen and this channel wouldn't be going if it wasn't for him!
This was one of the greatest days of my life! I'm not George and no one will ever be Roy Skelton but for a moment it felt magic and it felt just like I was!
