    Welcome back to my channel ‪@lynnvlogburmese‬
    Fermented pickles are a good source of probiotics and support the gut health of your gastrointestinal microbiome and are good for your gut bacteria.
    Fermented pickles are easy to do at home without any preservatives and eat fresh pickles once it is well fermented.
    Some methods for fermentations are used rice brine, vinegar but I am only prefer using salt to ferment, nothing is added and the pickles I have done so far are crunchy and fermented.
    In Burma, fermented Mustard greens pickles/ mustered greens with carrot pickles are served with Mee-Shay and Shan foods such as Warm tofu, Shan noodles.
