Today I would like to share the spices powder which will enhance the dishes is called “Curry
Powder”. Most of us are confused between gram masala and curry powder. The gamma masala powder being more of a warming aromatic blend whereas curry powder being more of an earthy blend. Masala, although premixed is generally used as a base of spices and often requires the addition of other flavours to provide a complete and authentic flavour.
Curry powders vary depending on preference.
