LMAO Nishioka saying "I'm roosing" and the supervisor going "You're what?" is some top tier unscripted comedy
💀
🤣🤣🤣
“say that again?” - supervisor
I felt bad for laughing so hard
"You guys dont understand anything" 😉😅
The Legendary: call the supervisor... Talk for a few minutes, then nothing change... I saw it a hundred times.
It's absolutely the same in the customer support world. Clients get angry and want to talk to the supervisor - you just tell them you will report their issue and in the end nothing happens. It's hilarious.
If nothing changes after waiting for supervisor and his/her supervision, the player who requested for supervisor should be penalized for taking time
@@dinomijatovic3921 The problem is also that the supervisor can't actually do anything. They will always follow the umpire's call, REGARDLESS if they made the wrong call. If you have a problem, they will repeat to you what the umpire said, even if it's wrong.
Brooksby saying “net cords aren’t luck based” is the most ridiculous statement I’ve ever heard 😂😂😂
It includes a pinch of luck, but at the same time if a player focus on the match he can win despite getting the opponent doing such points once or twice. Saying "sorry" for it doesn't make sense to me. It's not like it's intentional. The player that didn't win the point should simply play better the point and win it.
What if some of the net cords does not influence the outcome of the points?
They're not. You're likely to get the same amount of net cord points as anyone else over time.
I can't stop laughing about umpire in that ITF match, guys screaming all the time c'mons and he lost his patience 😆
ATP Challenger match, not ITF
I agree with the umpire that was way too much. They should have committed more on their tennis not shouting everytime on ugly points.
@@S6brapoiss_Tupsu Who gives a shit if they shout every point??
@@S6brapoiss_Tupsu I disagree, if both opponents says they are OK with shouting and cheers that should be enough to continue
That umpire wouldn't survive a day in college tennis, I chair lots of D1 college matches and the players are going crazy after every point. We never give code violations unless they're shouting towards their opponent
How can you throw a racket in anger that misses a player's head by inches and NOT get disqualified?
because racket did not hit anyone.
Si hubiera golpeado a alguien, tendría que ir a la cárcel por agresión.
He didn't hit...
It’s such a stupid rule. What are they waiting on someone to get seriously injured? Oh but it just missed, that’s fine, no one is in hospital 😤
@@gabrielametodieva8360 does not make any sense whatsoever: if it hits someone, DQF, but if a trebuchet of a racket misses someone by 1mm, then it's all good, no problem buddy, haha that was close. Rules should work to prevent such injuries by punishing any racket throwing, it's like the absolute 101. The ATP are flagrant in this, when someone gets seriously injured (which is bound to happen if you don't punish near-hits), they should be sued the hell out of them. A recent one was Djokovic last year throwing his racket high in the stands that luckily landed in an aisle instead of piercing someone's face, and that was just a warning because of luck. Like how.
How'd the guy not get defaulted for helicoptering his racket barely over the other team?
Right?! I was like wtf…
Yes that'd would seem an automatic disqualification. Could have seriously injured someone.
Grave error by the umpire there, who was possibly not fully paying attention.
Mafia
10:54 that line from Fognini had me in tears laughing 🤣
-Now I'm roosing.
You're what?
-I'm ROOSING!
The way things were going in the Marcora - Rodríguez Taverna match, I was not expecting THAT to be the dispute.
When i played 10-15 year old children's tournaments same things happen but very rarely. These guys are over 30...what a joke!🤮
Marcora is such a douchebag, he cannot stop debating
@@S6brapoiss_Tupsu Still is not against the rules to shout once the point is finished. Many people think thats rude, but still not prohibited so the umpire was in the wrong here
SAME! I was thinking the opponent was going to snap at the early and aggressive "come ons."
@@Peace2humankindafter the first four or five, I noticed the score… it was still 1-0 hahaha
The umpire’s exasperation when he’s trying to talk to the supervisor and Taverna and Marcora are interjecting over him with protests is so funny. Totally reminds me of getting in trouble as a kid for arguing with your siblings while your parents are on the phone.
Lots of moments to play over and over in this one 😂
The ref was right btw
Rodriguez Taverna & Marcora acting like schoolboy rivals is killing me 😂
They were so dumb lol especially Taverna. They were agreeing that they both didn't care about each other's shouting, and yet they got mad at each other for a technicality on if they yelled at a winner or an error. They should've tag teamed against the dumb ass umpire who was clearly in thw wrong, but stupidly decided to argue with each other for no reason.
Benoit Paire 🤣🤣 “you’re like 80 years old man” what a legend
Nothing better than a notification from Tennis Advocate ❤️
So true!! Finally!!
best ever
🙏💚
Nishiokas english is like random youtube subtitles
The way the umpire dealt with Gaston is how Kyrgios needs to be dealt with. Instead umpires are too scared to do anything, they turn a blind eye and give him 20 chances before they give a code violation.
Don't think Kyrgios ever kicked the hell out of umpire's chair 😅
Lol always bringing up Nick 🥴🥴.. #rent free
@@viratbaivab2990 threw a bottle
@@robinsoncruise2228 I'm pretty sure that slipped out of his hand 😅
Ah I see you mistook Kyrgios for Tsitsipas.
He’s the one with the big vitamin D at the ATP.
Explain to me please how he didn’t get defaulted at Wimbledon.
9:35 - I love how the umpire told them off for their relentless 'come on's.
I love how when we were first learning about Nishioka we thought he was a calm, composed Japanese player. Now we’re realizing more and more that he’s a complete diva 😂
he was right tho
@@zsombi5526 No he wasn't lol
@@Madferit91 He was, the call came waaay after Alexei hit the ball, it didn’t hinder his shot
@@zsombi5526 Whether or not it hindered Popyrin's shot is up for debate. But the call blatantly came at the same time he struck the ball (a little bit before if you ask me). Correct decision was made by the umpire.
Yeah and in addition he is now roosing
Since when is nishioka so angry😂
You'd be angry too if you had to pay several thousands of dollars because he got a code and not a warning. And in the Korda match I'd be pissed too he had a rally going, did nothing wrong, and has to replay the point giving another first serve to his opponent on set point. They need to go full automated and 90% of these disputes would go away. I don't understand how in every other sport you're taught to play to the whistle but if a call comes AFTER they hit the ball in tennis it's a hindrance and a replay. Dumb.
Yea, it was quite bizarre.
@@GiantPantherthe call was right tho, it’s his own fault
@@GiantPanther He deserved the code violation for the cursing. The second against Kordo was not the chairs fault, what could he do. Could not give him the point because Korda hit a good ball and it was live and actually neutral. I don't think either was favored to win that point. Yeah he gets a first serve but you have to deal with it.
The Rodriguez Taverna - Marcora drama killed me 💀
If I had the money, I would follow Paire around the ATP and Challenger tours, just to see these antics live...
Hahaha wow this is the best idea I’ve seen
Everything what he says with his French accent is funny
Paire saying « good luck » to Uchida at the end really shows how kind that man can be despite how he acts on the court
And this comment has 69 likes😂
I can't believe its only a warning for throwing your racket at the opponent.
"Because you're 33 and you've won nothing..."That is a savage read!
OMG it’s back!! Think I’ve watched all your videos in the last 3 months
0:08 That was actually a really good "replay the point" decision. Pretty rare.
Nishioka’s response to attempts at reining him in with calm reasonable words are hilarious. “I understand you’re frustrated”. “I don’t care you guys understand or you don’t understand!”.
Then “that’s enough”. “No it’s nottttt enouuugghhh!!”. Unintentionally hilarious in its resemblance to arguing with a hyped up seven year old
Stolen the words out of my mouth! I was going to comment on the infantile level of behaviour. A perfect depiction of how a grown man in sport can sometimes regress in age to single figures!
That celebration from korda after winning the set comes to show gringos have zero class
@@lobomalsano im going to hate him forever for it i think
@@lobomalsano you are hilariously soft 😂
Nishioka likeability factor undoubtedly plummeted
Nishioka look like a kid when they parent refuse to buy them candy🤣
Finally, a new video! Keep up the great work Tennis Advocate
🙏💚
Benoit Paire always brings best drama. This guy should be never retired
Better than awful putintseva
Damn! Gaston and the umpire truly went to war.
I would have defaulted him for throwing the water bottles.
12:05 no way this is just a warning, you have to be defaulted for something like this.
so much needed this video finally ☝️
Nishioka, probably after hitting the ball into the net: "Why did I lose the point? What? Call the supervisor? Right now."
paire is trying so hard to become a good professional but people just cannot see someone doing good. dragging him down for no reason
16:42 that looked WAY out.
Feels like payback from the umpire for kicking the chair 😆
net cords aren't luck-based? Okay😂. His aim must be incredible, if he thinks he can intentionally hit the net cord during a rally. What a clown brooksby is
not really why, its because it didnt interfere with fognini he wasnt gonna get that
There's no lucky or bad lucky these are just an amount of factors we cannot explain then we call it lucky or bad lucky because is easier
It is indeed all luck....there are plenty of net cords that never make it over the net, especially at certain events.. players always want a little clearance in their shots. Brooksby hits pretty flat so it isn't all that surprising the way his ball came off the net..
Nothing tops Murray's "No-one likes you on the tour. Everyone hates you." to Rosol.
That’s a moment that always makes me smile, thanks for reminding me of it!
Which was rich because Murray was the one acting like an arrogant idiot and i think was also losing (not sure)
When murrays wife was insulting berdych on the big screen was also hilarious
when was that? no video on youtube (
Rosol was a very entertaining player in terms of drive the opponents to the madness 😂😂😂 he almost made Nadal losses the cool
15:30 code violation???? it should've been straight default bruv

Can an umpire not just say at some point: “this conversation is over, start playing or you’l get a [insert penalty/warning]”.
Yes, if it is a time violation. They have so much time on a changeover, between games and points.
These are entertaining Af😂
🙏💚
i'm glad fogini is continuing to be a bastion of respect and manners of tennis. /s
haha
I had nooo idea Nishioka was a ticking time bomb…
I feel like the umpires on the Challenger Tour have more teeth - they can more easily penalise abusive behaviour than on the ATP.
we want more of nishioka's video from now lol so interesting to watch him
Yep thought he was boring.
Was Fognini actually giving a lesson in proper etiquette on the court?
Strangely enough, but yeah.
lol, but brooksby have a bit of a f**kface
Saying that net deviations are not luck based is the most ridiculous thing in this video lol
You know you are an asshole player when Fognini is the one giving you etiquette lessons. Brooksy really is a dick
@@lobomalsano the kind Brooksby got wasn't luck
this alll is pure gold
The umpire was so right about those endless screams, I can't believed this went so far, it's a joke :D
Did Nishioka grow up outside Japan or something? I’ve never seen such an angry Japanese athlete and I follow quite a few other sports besides tennis.
at least helives in the us so that might have an influence
Grow up? No, sorry ... I don't think that's happened yet.
Have you heard of yuki tsunoda 😂
Nishioka - must be embarrassing to watch that back!
my fav episode 😁
4:19 😂😂
evil laugh of paire 19-59 is so hillarious))
Fair play to Paire for admitting he acted like a baby, funnily enough none of the comments here will acknowledge that. Good for him for trying to change, provided that is true of course. Also, when Nishioka said I'm "rosing", and the supervisor didn't understand him, that was a terrible moment, like you are a supervisor for an international tournament, you've got to know the japanese phonemic system doesn't distinguish between "l" and "r", like come on you've surely dealt with a bunch of japanese players before. Also it's funny that brooksby talks about skill, when fognini is the one with a masters, and a grand slam. Like sure he's washed up now, but respect your elders man. It's probably a language barrier, but I had literally no idea what the issue was between marcora and the other dude, and the umpire. I read the subtitles, and I'm none the wiser.
I dont think fognini has a grand slam title.
@@andrewcui1755 In doubles he has I think
I mean you can’t blame someone for not understanding what he said, the only reason I got is because of South Park
Am I the only one who is surprised why people don’t get defaults?! He literally threw his racket to his head.
What else should you need to default him?!
yes you are
Net cords are not luck-based? He think he did that with skill?
Benoit Paire has improved so much his behavior. At least he didn't tank the match. Lol
Even though nishioka is whinig like a baby i partially agree with what he is saying, when did a supervisor changed a call or did something useful? i feel like it's just a waste of time something has to be done to change that. or eliminate the "supervisor talk" or get a sort of VAR like in football for these tight call plays
Despite Hugo's behavior being pretty inexcusable here, I can say that I've met him in person (was a volunteer at my local exho and spent a considerable amount of time with him) and that he's actually a really really nice dude (which I certainly can't say for all the other players who were in attendance). To run a bit of defense for him, he's having a rough season and is in a bit of a slump and it's obvously coming out incorrectly on the court.
Thanks bro we love hugo
whats an exho?
Please give us the dirt on which players were dicks 😂
@@saxonchess3293 Sumit Nagal deserves to stay stuck at the challenger level forever…and I’ll leave it at that
@@Onanastic nice, hate that guy
I can't believe the audacity of the umpire to complain about the screaming when the opponent was absolutely cool with it and even ARGUED TOGETHER with his opponent toward the umpire.
Paire goes out ATP tour but not out of the dramas "looks like my grandpa" hahaha even if he back to ITF he might be here
challengers are included here
I would watch ITF matches just because of him
The speed of the ball tho 😂
still great content from you :D
one thing, please slow down the texts a little, I have to read like a madman before they disapp
🙏💚
After this kind of unprovoked meltdown from Nishioka, I am shocked that he actually won this match. Either he channeled his frustrations in a great way or Popyrin did sth wrong
I never thought I would see Nishioka in one of these videos
best videos on the planet
🙏💚, but definitely not the best
Faria should be suspended for a long time for that stunt. That racquet hits one of his opponents and it could end his career.
It makes Zverev's chair outburst seem tame.
I was panicking as I watched this why Paire has not appeared on this video so far then my world made sense again. In future please add Paire clip to the beginning to save the viewers unnecessary anxiety, thanks.
""I'm roosing"
"You're what?"
"I'm roosing wight now"
Losing?
5:12 Oh,you completely translate what he said in Japanese in English!
When did Nishioka become a Karen, and always a delight to see Paire back on the challenger circuit
Yeah, my image of Nishioka changed a lot after watching this.
Gaston turned into a super saiyan and still couldn’t win the match 😂
16:21 its like a vine boom that they fit into memes nowadays rofl
That racket throw wasn't an instant default? Ok...so they will just apply the right sanction IF and ONLY the damage is actually done to someone. Either the umpire wasn't competent enough, or the rules aren't clear regarding code violations
gotta hit someone
It's such a shame seeing Benoit on the challenger tour now, and he’s not even winning 😭
LOL two players backing each other against the ref LOLOL
I would love to call the supervisor once in my life, have a nice chat, knowing full well that absolutely nothing would change
Gaston should have been disqualified for the kick in the chair, that's just a no go.
Yoo ! We got a reformed Paire !
I do not understand how players don’t understand when a line call is a hindrance after a challenge. Even when it’s blatantly obvious, so many players seem to genuinely believe the clearly wrong opinion in these situations. Some do it on purpose, but I feel like a lot of them legitimately think they’re obviously right
I totally understand Nishioka's frustration, The umpire and linesman never pay for their mistakes.
honestly more umpires should deal with players the way the one dealt with Gaston. Sometimes they have to put up with some bullshit lol
Bravo ref Ayala👏 he did what he had to do
15:20 He gotta be so careful because he's really incident
*I agree with umpire, Popyrin was right on top of ball and call was made on time, reply the point, also Nishioka needs to control his emotions better, you can't lose your shit over a just a replay of the point lol
He was on the ball with a motion when the call was made, so no hinderance there...That what everybody who held racket at least once knows...
10:11 the best thing I've ever heard an umpire say! This should happen in every game at all times.
マジでお前ら何も考えん
Didn't know Nishioka was such a Karen
Ayala is a man of class just shows
Gaston had a nightmare 😂
Nishioka has more sponsors than Djokovic hahaha but the most important
Who's taller himself or Diego?
I dont think he has, i think thats nishikori not nishioka
Increíble no le haya dado el punto a nishioka cuando quedó en la red
16:42 the ball is 100% out this umpire is incompetent
Fognini continually proves how sad of a person he is, it's so upsetting that he still does it with cameras and mics I can't imagine what he says off court.
he might be a dick sometimes but he was right about Brooksby no apologizing after a net-cord. LMAO dude even went on later and said "hitting net-cord is not luck-based" 🤣
15:20 Eso no es para descalificación? Casi golpea a un oponente.
Benoit sees reality very differently
Tape shots are 100% luck based
