I'm having trouble visualizing how this could be helpful for folks trying to get a new role. Can you help me understand how to sell this kind of upselling to your standard IT help desk employer? (Resume bullet, blog post, github project, app, etc) I have two years XP in helpdesk currently and looking for work. Would love more pragmatic advice, thanks
