- After so much time apart, we don’t think there’s anything better than being TOGETHER! Although the choreography is made up of only two moves - you’ll find yourself mentally engaged and physically challenged. Grab someone you love, press play, and sing along to this sweet, heart-warming classic!
FIT TIP: There are a lot of movements happening in the arms. We found ourselves saying out loud, “cross, out, up, down” until it became muscle memory. :) The feet are going to step with each position, creating movement in the hips. For the chorus: don’t overthink it! Focus less on the arms, and put more attention on the side-to-side twists and activating the core muscles.
