Around 10 years ago teaching Zumba classes and y’all were the only Christian choreographers I could find and I appreciated that so much!

I found you years ago when I stole choreo for my Zumba classes which I taught for ten years. After beating cancer in 2021, I was looking for meaningful change in my life. I was telling my friend about watching Catherine in these videos. I said I admired her because she always seems to be 100% her authentic self and doesn’t seem to care about impressing anyone. My bestie told me she feels I am that way. So in 2022, I attended an instructor training and have a newfound joy in teaching! I didn’t get to meet Catherine because she had emergency surgery but someday I will thank her in person for inspiring me!
YOU are an inspiration!! We loved getting to know you in Indianapolis and are so thankful you made the leap to become an Instructor! You're doing big things!! We are grateful - and also hope you get the opportunity to meet Catherine one day! (Maybe RECON!?)
I am an On-Demand member. I don't know how long I have been around, but probably 7 years or so -- off and on. One of the reasons I keep coming back is because of you three! Your smiles and encouragement. Your dance moves get my heart pumping and because you incorporate 3-6 different steps per song, once I get the steps down, I can really kick it up a notch (not kicking it up as high as you guys do, but I do my best). I basically live in a place where there isn't a gym close by. The one that is close, does not offer dance fitness, so I had to venture out on my own and came upon ReFit. Thank you for all you are doing. You really are making an impact on peoples lives.

I started to follow you gals 8 years ago when I migrated from Singapore to Melbourne. Love your worship & dance (from 2011 onwards), brought me closer to God with all the Christian songs. I found you two years ago when I gave up secular music for Lent. I wanted to keep dancing for exercise, so I needed to find choreography to Christian songs. I stayed because I love your positive messaging and choreography I am not ashamed to do in front of my son.

Yes physically this is so good for my body. But I started to be able to share the love of dance and greet music with a variety of populations ( special needs..)
But I think I stay because this @SUPPORT SYSTEM” is super friendly and have been there for me and others. Makes me smile with all new sincere friends I have now. Y’all just continue to be real and creative . Thank you for your background story I heard at my training. It reassured me that God would be in this adventure. ❤️❤️sending y’all hugs !

I’m right here in Waco. I’ve been a member for about 4 1/2 years but I joined REFIT®️ On Demand before I joined REFIT®️ so I could become a member as fast as I could. I love that each song has set choreography and you can watch the CZcams videos and learn the steps and they don’t change. ACE has created such a great community. I love working out with friends.

I took a Refit class at my gym and was really into it until Covid hit. Our gym was closed and I was very isolated. My husband was an essential worker so he was at work all day. I'm 73 and needed to move around. I researched on the web and found you. Your smiles, attitudes, and faith were so uplifting. You kept me going during that time period and were my bright spot. I discovered your videos during Covid. I was looking for a way to stay active while teaching remotely from home. I was hooked! I love how energetic and real the three of you are! I love how easy it is to learn your routines (and if I don't get them down, I just jump around until a part comes back that I know how to do), the Christian songs you incorporate (LOVE TobyMac), and that you add new routines each week. I recently became an OnDemand member so I could work out with you every day! Thank you for continuing to have a positive online presence!
I intended to write to you beautiful ladies right after our last RECON and I did not get that done so here is my chance. I am 70 years young and have been involved in so many exercise aerobics, kickboxing, etc. I have valued almost everything I did. That being said, I got started by my REFIT instructor (Cami Kukes) and had already valued our group but found that REFIT was the total icing on the cake. I love music, dancing and moving. I really belong right here with ALL my Refit Tribe. You help us all belong. I started saying in my 20’s that I was going to be like Dorthy in the Wizard of Oz, skipping down the yellow brick road in my 80’s. Little did I know it would be a Yellow & Black REFIT road. Thank you for your visions that took us all in and helped us belong and keep us belonging.

I'm here since 2015. First I subscribed because the choreos are fun, make me feel cool and not the sensual kind (there's a lot of this choreos in Brazil). Then I learned about the Refit values (by the sayings on the back wall of the old studio and Instagram) and love them. Next step was joining ROD and meeting the most awesome community ever!! I found you about 6 years ago when I was on Maternity leave looking for a way to exercise during my son's naps. I tried Jillian Micheals videos and I Hated them. I've always loved dancing, so I started searching youtub videos for ZUMBA and came across this channel. I was hooked ever since. I just do it on CZcams. I have fun doing it... and sometimes when I set my timer for 30 minutes, and it goes off, I find myself wanting to keep doing more! I have about a hundred of your videos on my playlist and I just randomly go through them based on what I feel like..
WHY am I STILL HERE?
BECAUSE I LOVE it when you introduce a NEW dance with a current song. I love hearing a song on the radio on my way to work, and knowing it already, because I've danced to it in a workout, and wanting to go home and dance to it on youtube.
I was introduced during Covid lockdowns when we had to do workouts in the church parking lot. I've been hooked since! The best part was acceptance and encouragement that meant the most to me. Now my 11 year old is hooked too and begs to go to classes at every opportunity.
We love when REFIT becomes a whole-family experience!! That is just the best. Thank you for sharing, we are so glad to be connected with you! 💛

I had a friend as an instructor here in Bryan TX and I could not attend the class. Covid changed my exercise routine and I looked online for Refit and I’ve been exercising most days with you before I go to work. It’s fun, great cardio and I love to dance. It’s videos are a great workout.

I found y'all last year when I searched faith + fitness in my CZcams search bar... I had recently attempted zumba with my kids and was disheartened by the music and "extra" dance style. So I set out to find something more wholesome. I love what you guys do... my created play lists include most of your christian songs and some of the HIIT 45s and rev+flow stuff.

I believe I found your website 6 or 8 years ago(???). I was drawn by your exuberance, your Christ- centered workouts, and how women of ALL sizes were confident in their own bodies. Thank you for what you do. You don't know how you have helped us ladies get healthy, but kept us encouraged in life and in faith. I I discovered your CZcams channel about 9 years ago when I was getting interested in Zumba and your channel came up. I was also recovering from an eating disorder that had left me hospitalized for a while and was beginning to get my strength back. I love the dance element of your workouts because I love to dance! But also I love how positive you ladies are, the sense of fun and authenticity in each workout. Thanks so much for all you do. :)

Following for over six years, why do I follow you....for clean fun routines
I was Zumba instructor and was looking at some more songs to add in to my playlist so cause y’all were the “ HOT Z Team” Several of your videos came up What y’all have that Zumba doesn’t is your constant reminder of community - that we are a family and how that it’s more than just a workout - It’s about connection So when you kept reaching out to me like that I realized it was time to make a change in my life Say “ yes” to Refit - knowing I have a place at your table that I’m more than a number on the scale and that y’all love me no matter what I may think of myself So when my mom got something in the mail from Zumba She asked “ yes “ or “no”I said “ no” I know where I belong and hate it took me so long to figure that out When I was going through a rough patch too I came across the “ Fitness by FAITH” bloopers reminding me to keep my wits about me not be afraid to smile- laugh- and have fun in life cause we are all in this together I may be one person yet all it takes is one person to make a difference and having friends like you is a constant reminder that I’m not in this alone and that you have my back Know that I’ll always have yours too and I love y’all so much We’re a team and we’re family

I love that you asked how we found you on CZcams! I was taking a REFIT class exactly six years ago. I thought the instructors just called their class "REFIT." LOL But a few weeks in, I was finally enlightened in exactly what a REFIT instructor was, the fact there was a CZcams channel, a website, a whole REFIT community all over the planet, SWAG...all the things...all things REFIT. I created a CZcams playlist and did this workout every single night, plus my in-person class once a week. My personal revolution began. A few months into the class my instructors encouraged me to become an instructor, and here I am--loving REFIT, loving the community, still loving hard on this CZcams channel, loving teaching my REFIT classes, OnDemand is in my life, and of course I can't get enough REFIT swag. LOVE you guys, and this song is everything!!

Love your happy go lucky personalities. Your routines are good, and most of the music is too. However, I do not like religion being added by music to the fitness classes. They are two entirely separate subjects, I was a fitness professional for 15 years and never mentioned religion. For non Christians, it's offensive ladies. But otherwise you're doing great.❤
