The Outremer is a much faster boat and once again the photography and videography is exceptional. That landscape by where you dropped the hook is beautiful. And since the rudders were changed out, has the boats performance changed at all
It's unbeleavable but i'm pretty sure that i've seen you today. I am dreaming my whole life about living on a boat and i am following your adventures since many years. I wish i've had the courage to speak to you. I wish you all the best for your future plans and allways good winds.
Today might be difficult exactly in the middle between St Maarten and Bermuda drifting until the thunderstorms pass bye. But next time please come closer!
Different situations of course for a young family compared to senior citizens but both as addicted to sailing that you can be sure there’ll be a new boat very soon
Hi, I was wondering if you could give an update on your ASTender 340. Would you buy the same today? I see they have two options with a steering wheel, thoughts on this? Thank you.
@Frank-E the base design has always been really good, the boat is much more stable than the competition but indeed the accessories needed improvement to make the boat less vulnerable. No complaints there anymore with the new accessoires and the new side and top protection
Great episode as always! We made stops in Sainte Anne, Anses d'Arlet, and Sainte-Pierre 3 weeks ago on our way to Dominica. Such a bummer to see the grounded Amel 60. Hopeful they didn't sustain too much damage. Curious why the new rudders are smaller? A change by Outremer? Cheers.
We still have one at home but it’s less than 3m wide 🙈. Well it depends on the purpose, for blue water sailing I don’t think it’s an option for anyone who has sailed a decent cat before. We have been able to see the differences pretty good during the last 35.000 miles in the rally
@@CatGreatcircle just spent a week in Puget Sound on a Beneteau 60, its huge. I think the options for blue water depend on the bank account more then the platform.

I would be in doubt between the jockey seat and the console version. If you use it a lot with 2 people only I think the jockey seat wins

Yes it is really nice there, even if we had to get used to Deja vues again. Good that Statia and Saba were at least new
any chance of going back to a mono? They are getting as wide as the cats now.
