    Everyone,
Thank you for watching this ‪@DanTheBugMan‬ video. The customer has not seen any rat evidence inside (rat droppings) since about a week after my first initial service. Let me know why you think the rats didn't get caught in the snap traps. See you soon!

Started my onboarding for Briostack because of your videos, 2nd onboarding call is this Friday. Thanks for finding such a good company and spreading the news about them. Love that I'm in Washington state and they worked around my hours so they could get me started.

That’s awesome to hear! I just got back from their user conference in Atlanta! Brio is the best

Be careful putting loose bait out like that. Also if you’re treating for Rats, it makes no sense to put just one pouch rather than just putting it in another bait station, as a pregnant rat can go through a whole bait station. Also would check for entry points as they only need 1/2 an inch and have customers seal up. Can put bait there relentlessly, but as long as there are entry points, they’ll always have a rodent issue

I remember seeing a video on the Shawn Woods mouse trap Monday where rats were using sticks to trigger those traps so they could eat the bait. Personally I like that style of trap but you have to get the peanut butter deep inside that little reservoir hole so they have to get really aggressive to get it out. Otherwise they’ll just lick it off. 💪😎👍

You essentially didn’t do anything to help these people with their rat problem. In addition to having a rat problem they now have a dead rat issue around their home. You have to stop the access to the home through the crawl space. Don’t throw open bait in the crawl that could be spread to other areas of the home from rodents.
