- Reporters mobbed George Santos as he was kicked out of Congress. He stormed out even before the vote to expel him was officially confirmed. The vote tally was decisive with Democrats and Republicans coming together to banish the congressman. He shook hands with a few representatives before walking out. Santos, who became a national figure of mockery for his endless lies, had to vacate his office immediately.
American taxpayers were defrauded and we want back our money that was used for his salary and benefits. 🤨

In comparison to both Clinton in 2016, and Biden in 2020, for me, as a conservative, the choice was very clear. There was almost no issue which I agreed with Clinton on, and zero issue which I agree with Biden on. The irony of all this, on my own part, looking back, is the Trump isn’t even conservative!
For me, what really did it, in terms of my repudiation, was a combination of several things: He adding to our national debt (which to be fair has been a bipartisan disaster), January 6th, and his intentional failure to mend bridges in our country. That whole “Oh, Pocahontas”, etc. thing got really old, really fast.

So if you're getting ready to take your wife out on the town, and you find out your baby sitter has been indicted on 10 charges of s*x offenses you tell your wife to "grab her purse," and head out.. right? NO, of course not, just like Congress you preponder the evidence and see the receipts of how he stole money from fellow members and his constituents and removed him from the chamber. Being found guilty in court is an entirely different event with different bars or hurdles to overcome to take away his freedom, as it should be.

It took a very long time to remove Santos from office. He should have been immediately removed from office and his security clearance revoked when it was discovered he lied about his credentials and background. In fact there should have been a background check before he could run for office.
