Dude, I'm 72 years old and been into Kpop for the last 2 decades. But this is music of my youth, this is hard rock and brings back soo many memories. Saw Zeppelin, Santana and Jefferson Airplane together at a concert in San Diego sometime in late 60's early 70's. Jefferson Airplane was the headliners, Santana opened up and blew us away, then Zeppelin came out (we hadn't heard of them before) and they buried us. To this day I can't remember if Airplane even played. WOW great memories, thanks for firing them back up.
Bro wtf. I'd kill to see that line-up
I saw Jefferson Airplane and had to leave. Only time I ever did that. Maybe they were having a bad day. Best concert I ever saw was Led Zeppelin.
If you're just getting started on Zep, you're at the beginning of a wonderful journey of discovery. Enjoy and God bless!
Zepp!!! Best band ever! Dude you can't go wrong with any song! Keep Rocking amigo!!!👍🏻✌🏻🤘🏻
IT IS DOPE AS FUCK! That is the best line I've heard about the best rock band ever! Keep listening.
Seeing your "utter joy" will be enough, To bring me back, time and time again, for your reactions! Led Zeppelin was inspired by many great blues artists. Such as, Muddy waters, howling wolf Both of which are immense rabbit holes, That need to be explored. It's a huge onion, Please take your time peeling the layers. You're killing it !!! Da' MAN in Demand!
The GOATS🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
You really need to check out the lemon song. The bass line will blow your mind
I just love love love that you’re getting so into Zepp. There are no bad songs with this group, AND all their music is so diverse that it keeps us happy happy happy.
Do more zep. Every single one if their songs are amazing no joke
Led Zeppelin is the greatest band of the 70’s. I was too young to go see them live. I was about 12 the first time I heard them and they just blew my mind! You should check out Robert Plant he is the lead singer of Led Zeppelin. He is still doing music. He just came out with a new album and it’s their second album together with Alison Krauss. Robert is 72 now but he still has that swag about him! You should also check out 2007 Celebration Concert which was a kind of a benefit concert and it was the last time Led Zeppelin got together. They were probably in their early 60’s. Jason Bonham plays drums who is the son of John Bonham the original drummer and they freaking rocked. I believe you can see the whole concert on CZcams. You will not be disappointed! I have the concert on DVD and I probably seen it more than a dozen times That shit never gets old!
Here's a little bit of range for you: Since I've Been Loving You, Thank You, No Quarter, In My Time Of Dying, Ten Years Gone, Achilles Last Stand, Fool In The Rain; D'yer Maker, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You, Rain Song.
Fire reaction. Bonham's drum skills are insane. Those triplets and 2 floor toms.
You'll be listening to them for the next 50 years...just like I have. 👍
This song is very lush with delicate layers of bass and acoustic as well as electric guitar. Zeppelin was never afraid to use both acoustic and electric and still rock as hard as anything else. The bass is incredibly melodic during the slower parts then lands punches with some meaty bass pops in the transition. Add the vocals and swinging drums and you have a masterpiece. Here are some suggestions: Good Times Bad Times, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You, You Shook Me, Dazed and Confused - that's the first side of their first album. Start with Good Times Bad Times and go in order. Your LZ musical journey will start in earnest.
Great review and reaction - - Led Zeppelin is brilliant, when some of a band's best music is the stuff that people have rarely ever heard - - you know they are good. Long live Zeppelin.
Listen to this again with the treble down and the bass up to 11! John Paul Jones is a legend
As a senior who saw them twice in early '70s, I'd suggest "What is and what should never be". ☺️
Check out their 1973 Garden Concert! If you want to see them live! They only get better!
Ok, so garden is great to SEE them live, but which do you like better? Song remains the same (concert) or How The West was Won?
Zeppelin live is where it’s at
In my time of dying live in Earl's Court
I neverrrrrrr get tired of this song! It always gets me in a good mood!🔥
This shit IS too good dude. 🤣 And, there are soooo many more.
Thank you for this reaction - another great LZ song. The focus is often on Plant and Page but this song is a masterpiece of bass playing by John Paul Jones - their bass player/keyboardist. He along with John Bonham on drums is the greatest rhythm section ever for me. They create the backbone of the groove that allow Page to soar overtop with guitar and Plant with vocals. Their live performance in 2007 at a concert where they reunited almost 30 years after they broke up with their deceased drummer's son - Jason Bonham on drums - still TIGHT BUT LOOSE - the concert is amazing!! Here's a link czcams.com/video/EYeG3QrvkEE/video.html Hope you'll check out this live filmed version.
There is a Live version as well...........it's worth seeing.
Their catalogue is ridiculously good. Try Babe I'm Gonna Leave You either studio or live at Danemark Radio. Soooo good,!!!!!
reacts to the Celebration Day's show in 2007! You will love to hear "Kashmir"!!!
You Shook Me is another great song!
I'm 62 and I have loved Zeppelin since I was 10! Try The Song Remains The Same/The Rain Song...both are done together in 1973 at MSG!!
Happy birthday, Julie... I noticed the increase of one since last you mentioned it. That 2022 may be better for you than '21. We OGs notice stuff like that (I was 23)!
@@27thangel23 yes...I share JPJs birthday...January 3rd!
The #GOATS.
Have watched their concert from 2007? It is on CZcams called Celebration Day! 2 hours of live!
Bro I’m so glad that you’re listening to this music and you’re falling more and more in love with it with each song. I think I’ve watched every one of your zeppelin reactions I am finally hitting the subscribe button I really enjoy spending time with you your music knowledge is fantastic. Stay blessed
Great reaction -Now you feeling me brother! Saw in 73 and 77 at age 13 and 17. Looking at your reaction - reminds me of back in the day. Listening to insane shit for 1st time (stoned out with friends in a basement with a 1000 watt sterio and very large speakers).
Jimmy us the MASTER!!
sup King, if no one has mentioned it yet, Ramble On is set in the world of The Hobbit/Lord Of The Rings. If you haven't read it or seen the movies (hey, start doing movie reactions, LOTS of people watch them!), the last verse of the song mentions Mordor, Gollum and The Evil One. Robert Plant sings about searching ten years and rambling on, he sings "Gotta find the queen of all my dreams". He is not singing about a girl, he's singing about the One True Ring, a "Ring Of Power" that you are addicted to possessing once you see it.
Their best stuff is on their first two albums.
2007 celebration day live with jason bonham filling in for his dad that passed away they still have it
Brooooo you gotta check out Dazed and confused at royal Albert hall. It’s insane
You ought to check out some other UK bands, Pink floyd, The Who, Yes, so so so many! I think youd love, since ive been loving you from Led Zeppelin
Check out Stairway to Heaven and Dazed and Confused from Madison Square Garden in 1973. I was there still have the ticket stubs.

New try your honest reactions, zepp since I was maybe 12 13 years old have always been my favourite band of all time,I'm now 66 and still not a day goes by without me getting a zepp fix, just a few suggestions if I can, start with led zepp one, then listen to every album in order, there's also loads of concert footage to watch,if you don't listen to how I've said then you must watch zeppelin at the 02 arena ,there in their seventies by then and God can they still rock,Kashmir is just a masterpiece in music, take care keep up the great work,in Billy
Check out rock and roll Sydney. Roberts voice will blow your head off!
This is basically the job bits journey from Lord of the rings
I hope you heard “the lord of the rings “ references ,it’s was book back then, now a movie….

your time is gonna come
etc......
listen to the live version of the song remains the same/rain song (both are linked together!) from msg 1973
also from the same concert- no quarter-famous version
that is a SMALL START eventually you realize its best to listen to the albums all from complete start to finish that was the way it was meant to be listened to that is a fact
I like to attempt all the parts in the shower - leading with John Paul Jones' bass (real name: John Baldwin).
Jack Black put it best best band ever
Dude, don't pass up on STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN and WHOLE LOTA LOVE find concept footage if you can.
Check out Babe I'm Gonna Leave You.........Kashmir..............Black Dog
People have taken great old music like this and given it the modern treatment like auto tuning the vocals and putting the tempo on a click track and it sounds like shish. Todays music ain’t got no soul.
