I love this blue wave ocean soap. I love everything nautical and that's what it reminds me of. Is using white mica better than TD for getting a bright white?

I'm curious because you use mica instead titanium to make your white soaps. Why?
No reason. You can use titanium dioxide as well. White mica has TD in it. :)

No fragrance?
Texas Sunset Soaps she used peppermint and added it with her oils.
