1 ROUND IS 7:30 MINUTES:
- Plank 60 seconds
- Jack Knives 30 seconds x 2
- Jack Knives 30 seconds x 2 (other side)
- Flutter Kicks 45 seconds
- Hold -
- Spidermans 30 seconds (on Bosu ball)
- Mountainclimbers 30 seconds
- Side Plank 30 seconds + pulse 30 seconds
- Side Plank 30 seconds + pulse 30 seconds(other side)
Do 2 rounds to get in an effective 15 Minute Ab Workout!

Did this workout for a week, 1 round each morning (because I tried 2 rounds and I thought I was going to die, so I opted for one only), and it literally gave me a flat stomach. Weight went from 48 to 45 kg in a week.
Did you follow a certain diet or change ur eating habits?
@@vedantidhar195 No exercise shows results unless you follow a healthy diet. Eat really healthy and make that your lifestyle not a short term diet :)

that is actually very concerning to drop 3 kg in a week, and would not happen unless you were severely undereating. it is dangerous to lose this much so quickly and not good, please be careful. even for people who are dangerously overweight they shouldn't be dropping this much weight in such a short time

Really useful exercises, which I’m gonna definitely gonna put them into my workout plan. But the thing I love the most about this video is how real Romee is about the intensity of the exercises· she could easily leave out the parts where she having a hard time but she chose not to and I really really appreciated that cause I felt 100% better about myself when I’m having a hard time during some exercises! A super real presentation of being all human beings. Love you Romee! 💗✨👼🏼

These workouts are so effective! I don't even manage to do 1 round properly (I just do what I can), but after a few days already starting to see some muscle definition in my belly, really excited about that! After a while I hope to be able to finish 2 rounds like her :)
i dont really know what i did wrong but the only thing i felt on the side-plank was my shoulder almost breaking lmfao

Side plank and high plank exercises are difficult since you're targetting your whole body weight on hands(sometimes legs)....i was not able to high plank jacks before but now i can....lose some weight and you won't feel pain..☺️☺️
Make sure your elbow is below your shoulder. Maybe that will help
U can keep 1 knee on the floor.. then it won’t hurt much but still gets the work done..

I remember doing her "15 min. Butt Workout" and that helped me a LOT! Not just my butt but my whole body, like from 55 kg.,I went to 47 kg in 2 months and that made me super Happy! 😊 Like, doing it for yourself is the best feeling. I'm now down to 45 kg and maintaining it because I'm still studying, can't let my body go down that weight 😅
edit: I also reduce eating food with too much calories but didn't change my whole diet.

@@brandyhernandez3994 Yep! that's my only exercise and of course, eating the right amount of food. I do it, like only once a day, just that 15 minute and then 4 times a week.

The fact that there are some people who do this twice, RESPECT. I just did it and let me tell you I nearly died, its kind of worse than Chloe Ting's workout. But I definitely do feel the pain even though its for 8 mins. Good Job Romee and thanks for sharing the workout, really appreciate it.

I’m gonna do this everyday for idk how long.
Starting: 24.5 inch waist, with little ab definition
Day 1: super difficult and I wanted to die the second round, but I’m proud that I finished both sets
Morning after: waist is 24.25 inches
Day 2: wasn’t any easier, still felt like dying by the second set
My waist went back to 24.5 and I was at my cottage so I couldn’t work out, so I’ll try again
I find doing the hold after the flutter kicks way more difficult than the plank. Anyone else?

Yun-Hao Hsu what I try to do is just think about other things. If you distract ur brain it will help cause ur not just thinking about how much it hurts or whatever. The time will go faster 👍
The first time I did this I had to stop over & over. The 3rd time I only stopped twice for a few seconds to rest & catch up. I’m going to try this every single day & see if I get better & better🙏🏼

I tried doing this along with your video and I just about died. You're so incredibly strong. The stuff you do looks so easy. Unless you're out of shape.
The persona trainer is so cute! He obviously has a killer body but at the same time he has this very very cool nerdy look with those glasses and hairstyle.. Gotta love the best of both worlds :)

Why did I discover Romee's channel THAT late?! From now on this will forever be my absolute FAVOURITE ab workout! It wasn't impossible like so many of the ab workouts on CZcams, but I really felt the burn and got pushed to my limits! I also really liked the combination of the exercises, since i felt like every exercise targeted a different muscle in my stomach :) Thank you so much i will repeat this several times a week!
I have been doing this ab circuit coupled with her leg work out. Then ill do the full body video the next day.. And incorporated the other butt video and i LOVE it. I have seen a major difference in the overall muscle tone of my body. During this self isolation these are so helpful!

Thank you so much for your video. I look at you are doing it, not that hard, but when I followed you to do the work out, I can only do half of what you did. So painful, but feels good. Love the feeling of sweating.
I’ve tried this before and I never stayed with it so I hope that recording it will help keep me motivated
Day 1: I did it twice but I didn’t do the side plank pulses at all because my elbows and shoulders felt like breaking
Day 2: I did the workout twice in the morning and twice at night, I still couldn’t even attempt the pulses in the morning but at night I got like 10-15 seconds for them before being unable to pick myself up
Day 3: I didn’t do them when I first woke up but I did 2 rounds before I went to work and 2 rounds after work. I don’t believe there’s a lot of change but my stomach does look a bit smaller
Day 4: I couldn’t finish a full round in the morning and I can’t remember if I did 1 full set so I did 3 at night and I very happy because I didn’t feel as weak as I did day 1
Day 5: I did my 2 sets in the morning but I had an incident happen and I was very shaken so I didn’t get the 2 sets at night so I’ll do 3 sets tmr morning and night

Day 3 and i'm already seeing improvements. The first time I did it I was struggling in the plank after 10 seconds and today I did the full minute with only a little bit of struggle. Can only hope to improve from here.

Hi update on the workout. I havent been consistent but it still is a challenge doing this everytime and I can really feel it working on my abs rather than my neck compared to most ab workouts. No abs yet I still need to be a bit more strict. No dramatic changes yet either it’s only been 2 weeks I believe and 1 week of not doing it due to being busy. I still do this because It works out even my arms which I’m trying to tone as well. Arms and Abs are my top concerns rn so the fact that this works out both is amazing.👌🏽
My dream is to get to the end of the first round.
