DAY 2 of Beginner EPIC | No Equipment Upper Body Workout
Vložit
- čas přidán 21. 09. 2020
- Day 2 in the EPIC Beginners Series for those of you wanting to progress to the full EPIC Program! For 30 minutes, we will be pushing, controlling, lowering, holding and pulsing our way through many challenging movements.
A perfect workout involving the staple movements to master in order to progress to more advanced versions.
This is an EPIC beginner upper body workout using your own bodyweight as resistance to build your strength and co-ordination! We will be targeting the arms, shoulders, back and core!
This is a no equipment workout however, you will need a sturdy chair and a mat.
Remember to work at your own pace! You can go slower, you can even go faster if you feel like it.. just maintain form and alignment!
The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest to get ready for the next exercise.
Every 3rd exercise is a Cobra Push Up as this is so great for that mind muscle connection to triceps, practise for pushing up bodyweight as resistance and lowering with control!
Please ensure you warm up for at least 5 minutes prior to beginning. (See link below for my new warm up routine)
Upper body here we come!

I think I need pre-begginers class 😀
😂🤣😂😂😂
I need like a back to bases pre beginner class. I can’t do planks and this was like all planks!
I was about to say the same it’s so hard but feels great
Haha Haha me three
I fully agree! I haven’t been able to finish a whole class yet. 😞. But I am determined
I notice that the day one workout has more than twice as many views as the day two workout. Congratulations to my fellow day 2 survivors!
ha ha ha ,i notice also and i think day 3 will have less than day 2
That’s because some of us died after week 1 😂
2024 anyone? Really been enjoying this series! Thanks so much. 😊
Started yesterday, legs are so sore 😅
Yo 👋
I tried but im dying before I finished it hahaha
I will try again this weekends, after some other workout in the gym
Heyyy
Hi 👋
Started 4 days ago. I love these series.
Keep on going 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
All the best 👍❤🎉
It is my 3rd week doing epic for beginners and I did my first push up ever today!!! So happy with the progress. Slowly but surely
Omg that’s great!!! Congratulations!!!!!! I’m still working on my push up..... not quite there yet😅
Wow!! Absolutely fantastic A!!! What an accomplishment!! You should be so proud!!! Massive well done!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
@@CarolineGirvan thank you, I am now on day 20 of Epic 1, I feel like a rock star :). I do modify a few things, but do between 80 to 90% of the workout as is.
congratulations same! push-ups are definitely my weakness
nice!!!!! s2 s2 s2
66 year old here. Did this work out. But I had to pause frequently as I was literally collapsing. But as soon as I recovered after a few seconds I continued. I am determined. I will not give up. I know I can do this. Thank you Caroline. Your friendliness has really helped.
❤️
You can do this Monica!!
Role model!
Congrats Monica, do you currently still workout with Caroline? Her programs are amazing. Wish you a great week
@@luislenoirstaraceverde2493 unfortunately I don’t as they just got harder and harder.
I couldn't do most of the exercises and realized how weak my arms and my wrists are, but I pushed through till the end although I immediately plopped down and cried when I'm done. The cobra push up is the only thing I could do without a problem so I really pushed it and I'm glad you repeat it over and over 😭 This is my first time being really emotional doing a workout but I'm really happy and proud of myself 😭 Thank you so much ❤️
That’s amazing good job I’m proud of you 💕
Hey, don't worry - I could barely do most of the exercises too - even the cobra - keep at it, you'll get there!
Same here! My upper body isn't strong at all...but I'm gonna repeat the beginner series until I'm able to properly do all of the exercises! 💪🥵🤩
I cried too, I'm a big man that have lifted weights for 15 years. I decided to try some home workout after being out of shape for a year ish, and I am crying too. We are in this together.
Same here! The beginner lower body workout was tough, but doable for me - with this one I had to quit a lot of exercises halfway through!
I noticed I got stronger in each cobra 🐍 🙌🏾🙏🏾 it was surreal
Same ! She is an amazing trainer and understands strength progression beautifully
same!! such a great feeling
Me tooo I felt lighter when I kept on doing it
same here...!
Same!!! Except I couldn't do the very last set as my wrists were hurting.
I've never seen so many cobras in my life
😂😂 okaaaay? But I want to be able to do real pushups so bad!! I was glad she was working on that progression in this vid. It's going in my regular routine for awhile.
I loved the cobras!
"Snakes...why'd it have to be snakes?"
:)
Omg trembling shoulders today to match my incredibly sore legs. Great workout thank you
Same 🤣🤣🤣
😂 exactly how I feel!
same!
Jop! I am excited and scared for tomorrow :D
Lol. My legs are still killing from yesterday
Anyone else think that this workout is actually harder than any weighted upper body? 🙋
yes but only because I use super lighy weights 😁
Omg totally... I can't go to gym today so I decided to train with body weight this morning at home... Och girl I had to stop many times and I didn't finish it lol 😂
Its the back exercises! Absolute killers
yes yes yessss
Yes! But my heaviest weights at home are 5kg 😅 my wrists have just given up on life after all of that but it feels so good to have done it!
I am so relieved to read through these comments and see that I am not the one who has found this beginner series tough! I almost brushed past it at first - to move onto Epic 1! Think I’ll be doing this beginner series for a few weeks before anymore Epic 1 thoughts 😳🤣
Amazing workouts Caroline, thank you!
Workout complete! Writing this with trembling arms haha, but I loved it. Thank you Caroline. Feeling strong and resilient after your workouts.
BTW anybody else fell over doing the side plank open up?? hahah
my body just couldn't grasp the concept of rotation
@Ocean guess what?..mine too..😂
I fell at almost all of them XD
Just you saying at the beginning of each work out “make it your own” makes each session that much more enjoyable! It gives permission to tailor the workout without feeling crappy or feeling like you’re “quitting”. I much prefer it to the “keep pushing!” “You can do it” statements of some trainers. And yet still feel motivated and try my hardest! Thank you!
I have trained consistently for a few months now and I usually do weight training and not bodyweight. This is hands down the hardest workout I have done so far and it really put into perspective I'm not as strong as I could be. Thank you for this!
Update: After one month of consistent weight training and doing this workout once every week, I can now say that I can power through most of the excercises in this video. Today was the day I completed this whole routine. I definitely feel stronger. Thank you again!
This is very motivating, I was driving the struggle bus through that whole video.
Thank you for sharing this. I started last week with this Routine (never done Sport except in school) and got so frustrated because I couldn't finish this work out. If I don't accomplish sth I have the tendency to hate myself and get a tantrum. It's stupid and try to work on it.
I try to push through
Same here, I had been doing the workouts with weights and was going to skip this one, glad I didn’t, it was humbling!!
OH WOW! This was HARD. I was crying, literal tears down my cheeks, halfway through, too many planks and my arms are the WEAKEST, I knew this but now I'm 1000% sure. I'll try this again and again until I can at least do 1 full push up. :( Everybody's right, you need to do a Pre-beginners workout Caroline!
Results
I wanted to quit after 2%, then again at 12%, then again around 28%… it’s just one of those days. I heard Caroline repeatedly in my head to make this my own work out so I backed off quite a bit and decided not to compete with myself. The halfway mark was a bonus that I really needed and I finished Day 2 out stronger than when I began. Thank you Caroline.
Hi Caroline! Thanks for your hard work!! But I'm afraid I need to wait for the "Infant" EPIC... 😊
😂😂🔥🔥
Same! 😅
Couldn't have said it better! I love Caroline Girvan but find this way too difficult
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 "infant" don't kill me
Probably that’ll still be hard for me, I need a “baby” EPIC
Hey Caroline, wow! Thought I was not a beginner, but decided to start with this series. What a humbling experience. So far these workouts have helped me to know where my weaknesses are and my strong side and weak side. What an education. Thank you for all your hard work bringing this to us💪🏋️💕
Excellent Nancy! Yes it may be for those more new to training and many of the movements but it is definitely a challenging workout for everyone!! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
Same! I just got of a 12 week program from another channel. This is definitely targeting those areas I need to improve on.
Same for me. Letting me know I'm not in the best shape.❤❤
Same here! I’ve been working out for my whole life, but I still find her workouts challenging (probably because with gyms closed, I’m not as consistent as when gyms are open)
FACTS
I'm so glad to read these comments. It took me 4 days after doing Day 1 to get the courage to attempt Day 2! I only lasted 10 minutes the first time and then couldn't walk upstairs for 2 hours. My muscles just said NOPE. At least I'm in good company here and know I can only go up!
Same!!!!
I'm 49, a father of 5, and since January 23rd I've taken my health more serious. Started eating more responsibly, regular exercise, lifting weights in my basement, biking or walking everyday. I'm down 45lbs since January and just started the Epic Beginner program. I'm on day 2 and I sweat more these 2 days than from 6 months lifting weights. Can't wait to see the change. Thx Caroline :)
Around the third set of plank variations I yelled "What did I ever do to you?!" and heard my boyfriend laugh from the other room 😅
My arms are noodles, THANK YOU for sharing amazing workouts with us! So glad I found your channel!
Lol
🤣
Thank You, I like the new % of workout completed that is displayed at the lower right corner of the screen Thank You!
lol tots it lets us know how much agony is left
This was smoother than I thought. Whenever I follow a upper body workout from CZcams I always feel neck pain but your workout didn't put any strain on my neck. I was able to complete it without any issues despite its difficulty. Thank you so much
Oh, wow! That was challenging (but enjoyable). My arms started violently shaking at around 30% mark, but still I was able to make it through the workout. I can’t say I’m a beginner, but I’m not quite yet an intermediate. I feel like my fitness journey has been stagnating for a few months now, and my usual workouts stopped being challenging or fun. Your program looks like something that can help me push myself further and get stronger.
Thank you for your work, Caroline!
I’ll make sure to not skip the ads. :)
I am repeating the beginners series for the second week and I still want to cry lol my whole body is still hurting from last week.. thank you for this Caroline!
Be it beginner or advanced the workouts are 'Epic' just like Caroline ❤️🔥.
My legs are so sore from day one, I’m happy this is all upper body 👍🏼
Hi Caroline! I’m 51 and I,ve been following you for a while. I got sick and had to stop exercising but now I have started following you again. I praise the Lord for your life! You”re so inspiring and amazing coach! My best friend forever! May God bless you, your family and team!
Day 2 is done! Had to push hard in order to fit into “Beginner “ category! Feels great and pretty Epic after all! Thank you Caroline!
Last week I could only get through about half the beginner workouts, this week I was able to complete this one! Next week hoping to beging the Epic series. Thank you again for doing this for us and helping me build up strength so I can feel good about myself and have strength to chase my toddler around!
I did day 1 yesterday and I was so proud that the only exercise I wasn't able to do were the Single Leg Raises. I thought that I'd be proud today too but gosh THIS WAS HARD! There were only a few excercises that I could do! It made me realize that my arms are very weak. My arms were shaking the entirety of this workout. Gosh, what a challenge!
Yesterday, I was convinced that I had to do Epic Beginners for an entire month before I move on to Epic 1. Now, I'm absolutely sure I have to do this for an entire month. I'm looking forward to improvements. Thanks, Caroline!
Best part I'm liking about Caroline is that she's not putting tags that who can do these workouts and who cannot....
It's Lovely to see that she's not putting limitations to what we can do or what we cannot.
This is so encouraging ❤️
Can't fell my legs from day one, yesterday...now upper body is tortured..I must be sado masochist

i would like to personally thank this woman for showing me what it means to push yourself. I've struggled with severe depression, disordered eating and poor body image my whole life and these work outs have seriously helped me improve my mind set around why working out is for the soul and not for punishment. Thank you!
For anyone who wasn't comfortable with full plank or pushup go on your kness. Trust me it works just fine. Keep going you can do this!
thank you for the no equipment workout and this challenge Caroline! discovered you along with many other fitness CZcamsrs this quarantine and I’m so grateful for that😇 your smile and dedication helps us keep going❤️
This is hands down the best work I have had in years. Thank you Caroline for the time, money, and effort spent into putting this together. I'm so glad I did beginner's because my muscles were screaming 5 minutes in. :) I loved it and will continue with her workouts.
Yesterday after Day 1 Beginner I craved an upper body workout as a welcome reprieve from having jelly legs. Now I crave lower body because of spaghetti arms!!! So glad I did this :-) I can't believe how often I heard and felt clicks and cracks coming from my body. Also side planks are my fave! LOVE them!
I'm literally drenched in sweat and I LOVE IT. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING YOUR SERIES FREE CAROLINE. ❤ I was lost and totally unsure of what to do and where to start and I wish I had found you sooner. You're an Angel. Thank you, you are helping to build a stronger , healthier, happier world. Sending you and your family all the love you could possibly ever have. - a woman in the middle of the pacific ocean.
Finally, a workout where I can feel afterwards like I've actually worked all of my muscles. The preview is helpful, as well as the progress bar. Thank you!
I am so glad I found your page! I did Day 1 yesterday and my legs are SORE! After finishing up the upper body, I swear I laid on the floor for 30 minutes after I finished. My arms will definitely be noodles tomorrow! I love how there are videos that require only your body weight and videos that use equipment. Caroline Girvan you have made my motivation go from 0 to 100. I will definitely be doing more of your videos!
So, I knew that my arms weren't really strong, but damn: I am so weak, I already wanted to give up after 1/3 of the workout 😅
Well, that was basically THE best upper body workout that I've ever done. This is my second workout with you, Ms.Caroline, and I'm hooked! I love that there was one move in each workout that I just couldn't do at my current strength level. I say this because I have something to work towards, and your workouts will definitely push me to a higher level of fitness.
Was I The only one who laughed During gorilla push up and was afraid to fall into her nose😁😁?? Amazing workout!!! Thank YOU Caroline❤️❤️❤️
This has shown me I definitely need to work on building my wrist strength! I'm excited to improve my pushups through EPIC. Thank you, Caroline!
never in my life have i done scalper pushups, i looked at you like you were crazy half the workout. but i did it all, without breaks. im so proud of how much fitness i have built for a month doing full body, but mainly hiit and cardio. now i feel ready to start doing a split with upper, lower, full body and then whatever i want for the other, with some cardio in between. this was my first venture into that, with just upper body. but boy was that difficult.
i am so proud i made it and cant wait to get stronger with just my bodyweight for now. i used to jump into training, id go straight into weight lifting, straight into a programme, but then id drop it after a month. now im just going up and up in general fitness and rekindling my addiction to feeling fit throughout daily activities, and collecting videos along the way from "beginner" to now -- and i go back to basics each time. i went to fairly intermediate and advanced with hiit and cardio, but if im going to do pure upper body, i should start beginner level and work my way up mentally. i enjoy seeing myself ramp things up, and starting from bottom makes sure the whole thing is manageable nd incremental. thank you so much for this video
Thank you for this EPIC no equipment series! I'm on Day 2 and I am loving it. Getting back into a morning routine this is perfect and I really look forward to getting to do the workout first thing in the morning. This is a great start to the day I feel great afterwards :) I really love the cobra push ups and the core strength challenge I can feel these workouts! Thank you again!
This is a beginner workout...said no one ever who actually did it! Going to have to do this for several weeks before I move on to Epic 1. Wow!
I love the yoga inspired workouts - more please? However, this was torture to my wrists - needed to flex the opposite way lots!
This was my second time doing this workout, and it felt easier than the first time. I love doing progress!
I'm dying! At 7 minutes in, I was already shaking. The side planks were just too hard and I'm too uncoordinated. I pushed to the end but had to take several breaks every 8-10 minutes to just stop quivering. Tough workout but it makes me know I can push myself from my own living room. Thank you!
Caroline, I don't know if you'll see this but I feel blessed to have discovered your channel. Thank you for all the work you do ❤️.
Hello Sarah! Thank you so much for commenting and taking the time to write this!! I am honoured that you join me in my living room and not to mention so many amazing people who do too! It’s an awesome feeling to know we are in this together!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️👊🏼
Omg i actually did it!! SOO PROUD OF MYSELF!! The time just flew by, it was actually a really quick half hour!! This is an amazing, challenging, and soo motivating program!
Although I was dying the entire time, every time a new move came up I thought “wow that sounds fun!!” Love that this program is the perfect combo of moves my PT prescribed for low back/hip pain + FUN!! Thank you Caroline, I’m a new convert and I am not going anywhere ❤🔥
I absolutely loved this no equipment upper body session! Staple made the back and triceps muscles pumped. 2 years ago I remember myself always trying to rep out the sets, but now I'm glad I know and am aware of doing each set with control , feeling the involved muscles. It is harder as well. Thank you Caroline 💎🤩
Anyone else combining the Epic program with the beginners version???? So pumped for this one 💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥
For any fellow beginners who struggle with the plank based ones, get yourself a stable surface about waist height, and put your arm on it as you would on the floor, and it should be significantly easier to start out with, the lower the surface, the harder it is, so you can build up to your body weight instead x not being able to something at all to start out can be demotivating, so I found being a bit creative and not having to stop and not participate made it easier to keep going in general
I’m a musician so I’m always super cautious about my hands and arms and I was always reluctant to work on them specifically but you gotta start somewhere and let me tell you I’m so glad I was smart about it and planned it so the next day is my day off from my job in an orchestra because I just KNOW I won’t be able to lift my arms at all 🤣 my form was far from perfect in some of the exercises and I can’t understand how you keep your elbows from moving outwards in cobra, but I tried my best and pushed through (at some points I thought my shoulder would dislocate and leave my body for good hehehe), so glad I won’t see this workout for a whole week!!! xD thanks a lot for this video, Carolin!
Yep, know how you're feeling. I'm 65 and my wife is 60. We're into our second week and collapsing. But we are here for the duration. We will make it till the end.
Caroline you are awesome. We love your training.
It's so weird (in a good way, of course) to see people of your age doing these workouts. My mom is 53 and I can't imagine neither her nor her friends doing planks, haha. Perhaps it's related to the not very high standard of living and healthcare we have here (I live in an average Russian town), most people of your age I know gave up on life long ago. So I'm very proud of you! Hope you'll make it :)
Okay I feel like cobra😜😘😜😘 jelly arms today.. 220 kcal gone!!! Followed by advanced day2 400 kcal burned!! Love that You are fabulous the best in all Universe 🔥❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥thank you!!
Omg this is a great workout, my shoulders are so burned-out I couldn't get up from the floor, I had to drag myself to the couch to get leverage to get up. I may be over exaggerating, but your upper body will feel this entire workout throughout the workout. Great work girly, I really needed this workout.🥴💪🏾😆
Absolutely you will!! Way to go Allyssa! It may be tailored towards beginners but it isn’t easy!! 👊🏼👊🏼💓
So I actually did this one a few months ago and I remember it being challenging, but today it was humbling.
Thank you, Caroline for having a Beginner's series! I may have to go through them a few times before I feel ready for EPIC...
I can already tell I'm going to be quite sore tomorrow.
Thanks for a great time, Caroline.
Much love from South Africa
I work out 2-3 times per week and had to take a one day break between day 1 and day 2. Great job, Caroline. I appreciate the effort and time that these videos took from start to finish.
I decided to try 5 days workout challenged from different Fitness CZcamsrs. I decided to try yours mostly because we have the same name, but I think I need to go to someone else then come back to yours. I literally can not do planks and this workout is like 95% planks. I need a back to basics beginner mode
you can do planks with your knees on the mat at the start (remember to keep your spine straight including your neck, your arms also straight, not too forward or back, straight. and also tighten your buttocks and abdomen), then as you get stronger, you remove the kness :D
(that's how I started, in three weeks I still can't do it without my knees, but my arms and abdomen are getting firmer, soon I'll be able to get my knees off the mat)
Thank you so much this was amazing, already feel the tightness in my arms💪🏽
I just found Carolines Channel and Workout series and am just starting with the Beginner EPIC and after EPIC Endgame and I gotta say to read the comments under each video is sooo motivating! I have 100% the "All or nothing"-mindset and people in this comment section are so proud and so positive and it makes me feel way better and more at ease if I have to modify my workout a little. THANK YOU Caroline for providing such a motivating space! I´m so very excited for my journey! xxx
I got rotator cuff injury, 5 month out of the game, only after cold laser therapy , infrared light an many hours of rehab I’m coming back, very slowly , that why I choose this beginning serie. What I wanted to say is that I love the space you dedicated in this particular routine to work/ strength Scapula, shoulder rotation and balance. Wish you the best! Muchas Gracias! 🖖🏼
Vamos por el segundo día “épic” , excelente rutina quede agotada pero con energía!!!💪... gracias Caroline
Day 2 done! Why are those darn tricep pushups so hard? I gotta make those triceps stronger! Thank you, Caroline for a truly EPIC day 2. Can't wait for tomorrow!
Thank you so much for this! I’ve just started my fitness journey and these videos are keeping me going. I’m already looking forward to day 3!!
Doing a third week - LOVING the progress I’ve been feeling in doing the movements ! The first time doing day 2 was soooo hard and now it’s my fave day !! Congrats to everyone else feeling EPIC ✨
WoW! This was epic indeed😍!!! I thought I was intermediate level, but after this intense half an hour, I consider myself definitely a beginner. Dripping sweat, body on 🔥. Thank you so much Caroline.
Same here - I thought being a beginner one I would find it easy. Four minutes in I realised I was wrong!! Felt awesome after completing it.
Yes, same here. Never was that happy to consider myself a Beginner!
Same here. This is a challenge work out for me, But after half an hour this work out, I felt awesome. Definitely I will continue on this challenge!
I truly appreciate you🙏 I was working out by the way my whole life, but arrived on a dead spot. I did my own workouts ,lot of types of workouts but lately I had no motivation. So I thought I'm going to try out your Epic series. I did well to do first the beginner 😅😅 my Gosh Thank you, AMAZING
Day 2 beginner? WOW! I’ve got some work to do 😂
I look forward to the day that I believe this is a beginner’s workout 💪🏼
Wooooahhhhhhhhhhhh. It's more evident than ever that I have not done ANY strength training since my daughter was born 2.5 years ago. Oh my word...I was like "This is BEGINNER?!!?" and I had to skip half of it...but I love her ideas, the music, and that she doesn't talk throughout the workouts. Gonna try to stick with this!!
This has become my evening routine. It's truly Epic .Thanks
my arms are on fire Caroline ..... I love the Cobra..... THANKS!!!! You are the BEST! xx
I have been doing the epic beginner's videos for about a month now! I can really feel myself getting stronger, especially my arms and upper body, as I usually watch workouts that focus on core and lower body. Feels good as a woman to have strong arms, lol :)
So happy I was able to finish this workout!! I wasn’t able to keep up with your rhythm on most and had to reset on half but I pushed through 💪🏼 Thank you Caroline!!
👏👏👏👏 thank u Caroline I can do this tomorrow. Just temporary I will do your beginner workout since I am on my 5 day water fast until Saturday😊
Hmm... I will definitely recommend this beginner program to my brother. This is exactly what he needs.
Excellent!!⭐️⭐️
Oh my !!! I started your watching your workout videos about a month ago and I can honestly say. They’re the best. I haven’t been able to gain size and build up muscle before just by doing weights. Your workouts are so simple and easy to follow. I can see the difference. Even my husband noticed it. And he has been working out for decades. Thank you !!! ❤
Thank you, Caroline! I'm redoing the Beginner's series before tackling EPIC II but this time I've recruited my brother to join me. He struggled a bit with Day 1 of Beginner's EPIC, but he championed through today.
We both really appreciate your commitment to doing fitness the right way.
Much love from South Africa
Thank You for all your effort and for making these videos possible.
Did this workout today with my kids. It was our first time (they’re 7&9) and we had so much fun!
Obviously we couldn’t do, like, any of it, but we had fun trying! I told them we will keep trying until we can do it!
this is so cute lol
OMG. This was so challenging. I am 52 and haven't worked out in so many year. Had to modify so many of the exercises. I am like many people posting in the comments section. I need a baby EPIC beginners class.
My goodness this was tough and I have been working out consistently for 2 and half years. I did it this morning and I had to stop several times! But hey finishing it was an amazing feeling! Thank you! x
that was fire, every move left me dying but wanting more every time. I am looking to do your 50 day epic program. So happy a my 45 y/o(she is looking awesome) girlfriend shared your page with me, Thanks Caroline
Thought I was intermediate...jelly arms tell a different tale. Thank you for this amazing program, Caroline!!!!
First workout with Caroline and wow. I am so impressed. Probably one of my favourite upper body workouts. It went by so quick unlike doing three different 10 minute upper body workouts.
I love that the exercises are 45 seconds and 15 seconds of. Enough to stretch and take a breath. I lasted through the entire thing and let me tell you it ads up so my last planks were done with super shaky arms.
I recommend this workout to everyone wanting to build upper body strength to get to their first pushup (including me)
Shocked how challenging Day 2 (and Day 1) of this "beginners" series was for me. And I thought I was in decent condition before I started. How humbling!
Just starting this journey and feeling amazing!!! I love the playlist, warmup, and structure. Thank you a million times over!
I started yesterday. Love the playlist too!!
I was waiting for you carooooo... Good to see you 🤗🇩🇿
This workout is just perfect! Thank you so much for your videos!
This was perfect for me. I’m working through larbral tears in my hip so I’ve had to cut back my workout intensity while I heal. I can still do most upper body exercises. this was challenging enough to make me feel better about not doing my normal routines. Thank you❤️
idk if anyone is as dumb as me but i didn't engage my core until 80% through this video and i wondered why my lower back hurts don't forget to engage that core!!
what a great workout! I never thought Cobra pushups would be that challenging if I could do regular tricep pushups....girl was I wrong! Thank You Caroline!!!!!
Started Beginner Epic 1 yesterday. Legs are sore but feel strong. Same with glutes. Now for the upper body. I plan on finishing all EPIC workouts, even HEAT! Thanks, Caroline!
I'm watching day 2 asking myself will I be able to do that because yesterday workout have my legs sore. If this is beginner than I don't know what advanced would look like. Got me screaming on the TV saying this is not beginner at all. I'm in shape, but trust me this is not easy. I guess she is trying to get us mentally ans physically prepared for the real epic. Overall, her workouts are amazing and I'm determined to accomplish the beginner and the real epic.
