Your eyes look fabulous. Here's a tip I was given to stop the smudge - Fold a tissue and place it under the bottom lashes, then apply your mascara so that any excess gets on the tissue 😍

You asked what did we think about the makeup 💕 I think the pink eyeshadow did not need to come as far past the edge of the eye and eyebrow as it seemed to 😅 Otherwise you did a good job of things.

I'm going to have to watch this in two parts, but love this vlog so far. So much to comment on. Loved the idea of getting a place in Rottingdean, but there's one thing that's included in your current place that might be missed, and it's the pond. I just love it! I don't know, maybe that's a common feature where you live. Just loved your friend's artwork, I'm inspired to take classes now. Those turquoise shoes with the bling, just love them, my favourite colour especially with green. So glad to see Jack is still running about. And loved the info on skin tightening, I have often wondered how I could get my skin "shrink-wrapped", this is it! I'll be back for part two!! (p.s. that was a slow Brazilian Samba beat the drummers were playing. I used to dance this myself).

I always wipe the excess off my mascara brush with a tissue before applying mascara. Before I did that, always got blobs under my eyes!! Thin coats of mascara is better than thick blobs straight out of the tube!!! 😢👍. Nice vlog and love to see darling Jack❤️Ps make up looked good😘. Take care and keep cool🛁🙏🏻🥰😎

Me again, just finished 2nd part of vlog. Since you asked, while the pink eyeshadow is a pretty shade I'm not sold on it. Maybe with some more definition, such as a dark plum in the crease or a brown colour to cut the pink a bit. Love the lippy, nice colour. And while I'm at it. I like the pink dress with the pink purse and white shoes, it popped! But I understand the choice of the darker shoe, the total effect was just more muted. Mostly, I love everything that you wear, I always want to go out and buy it all! You make so many good choices, I'm inspired! I like to dress well, I just hate shopping, that's my problem.

The only suggestion i might make. My niece gave me this pair of makeup glasses, you can flip the lens from one eye to the other, (depending on which eye you're putting the eye makeup on.) So you can see how well the eye makeup is going on. I think they come in different strengths.?😅 👓

I agree it's too pale perhaps a bit more of a cerise but something on the cool spectrum with blue in it you have to be careful with pink on the eyes can make you look like you are ill or have a skin condition

Wow, the treatment on your arms worked sooo well! Not excessively expensive compared to other treatments. Love the Lucy and yak outfit ❤. And way to go with the shorts Suzie❤. Do you do anything with your eyebrows, they look good. I must get some serum for mine as they are getting sparse. Would love to know if you have tried any that work. Xx

Interesting that you ask about my eyebrows because the odd person on here has been quite rude about my eyebrows saying they’re too dark (!) and they need shaping!!!! You’ll be interested to know that I interviewed an expert of 20 years about them and she poo pood what the last person said you’ll see it this Sunday…..I definitely need a serum as I often have to use my eyeliner pencil to fill in the sparse bit. I haven’t found a serum to thicken them yet so please let me know if you do x

I was with a friend on the weekend who is going to be 78 in October and she has fabulous legs and wears shorts all the time……I on the other hand have terrible legs but still have a good neck and cleavage , so I still wear scoop and vnecks……the clothing patrollers need to get a life……….love to see Jack in the pond cooling himself off…….love the pink bag with the orange strap, and the pink overalls are fabulous…..how perfect for this weather………….I also use It CC cream ,but I can’t in the real humid weather, it’s also very hard to get it all blended in in the humidity……….I would suggest taking a bit of the pink off the lids, it’s a little heavy and the under eye concealer is better with the sponges to blend…………you always ask for our opinions so I give it…..it’s hotter than hell here in Toronto….thank goodness 🎉for😅a/c…………Donna in Toronto

@@AlternativeAgeing because I’m very mature myself I read or watch anything to do with making up my old face , read it several times , when makeup artists want to age someone for play film etc they use pink or red apparently so that has put me off somewhat and the same for ordinary daily makeup ask someone I wouldn’t make it up , but maybe it’s nonsense!!
