How to Make Chinese PEANUT COOKIES!

In this video, you'll learn how to make Chinese peanut cookies which are often eaten during Chinese new years. These peanut cookies are soft and flaky, packed full of peanut flavour. Ingredients:
Roasted Peanuts: 55g
Smooth Peanut butter: 110g
Table salt: ¼ tsp
Powdered sugar: 40g
White granulated sugar: 30g
All purpose flour: 185g
Unsalted Melted butter: 15g
Vegetable oil: 50g (can substitute with peanut oil)
Egg wash:
1 egg
1 tsp of 2% milk (doesn't matter which one)
Top with half of a peanut before baking
