I was until I checked another video so everything that got removed from the concentrate when it was heated, will be eventually added back in the process of turning into juice I suspect aroma water and some other stuff.

@@_xtrmntr_ "the fruity taste is not contained in the concentrate because the aroma was isolated in the distillation process" was pretty important too, in an already tasteless world we can't afford to boil of the last of it. I think we can save the terpenes if the heat is below their boiling point
