In US most companies use corn syrup as sweetner because its cheaper than real sugar where most other countries have banned HFCS including india. HFCS is generally a lot worse than real sugar.
I work for coca cola. As far as I know, you are right about the regular coke. But this is coke zero. It should not have hfcs or cane sugar, but artificial sweetener like aspartame. Probably in India, they use some other sweetener like sucralose unlike here in US.
You shouldn't have refined sugar anyways . It's bad even more bad than addiction of any drug . Use jaggery instead in daily use
@@vishkiller23even in jaggery they started mixing chemicals brother.. 😌
@@rohitraobgmcoke zero in india also uses aspartame only
@@vishkiller23Lol you think jaggery is better 😂
I personally feel that the Indian products tasted even more better back in time, 90's kids know better, but the companies gradually decreased the quality and quantity of the products over time but they still do taste better than the US ones, imagine what if he could taste the ones that us 90's kids had.
True. This is most easily recognisable in Uncle Chips flavour. They used to be the best tasting chips, now they are bland and light.
Exactly even Indian products from the 80s and 90s don't taste the same now. Like Frooti, Maggie and uncle chips.
Even the blue lays quality has detoriated so much, sad that we dont have a better alternative
@@gira_hoya_banda Try Balaji wafers buddy....cheaper, tastier and most importantly less air puffing than lays🤣I wish haldiram and bikaji also start this chips thing🥰
Yeah, even I feel that Amul butter tasted better during 90s and 2000s. I don't it's just me or everyone else too.
Yes!!!
Amul dark chocolate 55% , 75% and 90% are the best. Not to mention their sugar free chocolates 🍫. They sell like hot cakes.
Yeah I love Amul Dark chocolates
The whole truth is good as well
Amul dark chocolate is my fav. Specially 75%. I love to have them during my periods😅
They use Maltitol as sugar replacement in Amul Sugar-free chocolate which is twice as worse than sugar. 🤦🏻♂️Never pick that garbage please
Amul dark chocolates are goats . They r so good
In India, sharing Junk food and eating among friends is a thing.
So when only a few pack is bought for a whole group , there is a common fight of which flavours to buy.
And we Indians mostly do not remember the name of the flavours WE RECOGNISE OUR FAV. FLAVOUR BY COLOURS.
So a well dedicated Lays lover even might not know the name of his/her fav lays but the color is eternal.
So we often ask to get us "Deep blue" "light green" lays.
😂😂
Yes and dark green lays is already booked for green Chilli and nimbu
*"We Indians do not remember the name of the flavours"*
Bro, speak for yourself.
@@WebbedManiacto be fair a kid will not remember american style. They will simply say green one or the blue one. It's not uncommon but maybe some kids do say the entire flavour, but I have not seen that within my family we always said the blue one or the green one.
8:39 😂 same in Bengali we eat water or liquid. We only have one word is 'khawa' for eat or drink.
Assamese as well!
Jol khabo.. 😅😅
@@NikZ500😂😂
I'm from Bangladesh and it's the same lol
🤔🤨🧐
Amul Chocolate Packaging itself is a Class let alone the taste. Its a company that I can say has class products while not going hard on pockets
Their Nutrition labels are a big joke. They spend on packing but not on quality of products
But Amul can improve it's taste. It tastes more like compound chocolate. Cadbury chocolates win for that matter, much sugary, creamy and full of flavour.
@@MohiSyedYou study from Madarsachap that's why you don't know Amul Quality standards, Top 1st Dairy product company in the world.
@@theone6306 Chappri Bhakt spotted 😅. So "Entire Political Science" graduate, please tell me what those extremely high quality ingredients are
Try the whole truth chocolate, its an Indian brand and is healthier and better/tastier than amul chocolates
Well, i worked as a Chemist in the Indian Coca-cola company. Diet coke consists of no sugar, hence the diet. But it uses aspartame as a sweetener. And that is the artificial sweetener used everywhere. The difference is completely in the flavoring mix and how the taste blends together.
Diet Coke uses Aspartame. But, Coke Zero which is shown in the video uses Sucralose, I believe.
@@gusneverdied No coke zero uses mix of aspartame and acesulfame potassium. But cant talk about other countries, sweetners can be replaced in different countries due to regulations and availabilty.
@@Suryashis_ not aspartame. Sucralose. The other one is correct. Sweetner 955 and 950.
From comparing the cinematographies of movies to discussing opening biscuits and licking frosting out of it, you guys come a far way in this channel guys.
Is that supposed to be an appreciation or roast. 🤔

Some American chocolate manufacturers add butyric acid during production to give the chocolate a longer shelf life. This can result in a sour or unpleasant taste for those who are sensitive to it or more accustomed to the taste of other types of chocolate.
22:50 That smile of affirmation that she's not a weirdo 😂
13:35 he should have tried Chile Lemon flavour, it's the best flavour....
Blue lays best flavour
It's Chile Limon. And I agree.
Blue lays is my favourite
Red and Orange lays are my favourite
Chilli lemon= best chakna
I remember when Oro first came out in India, they used to be darker and more flavourful. Now, They just taste like regular chocolate sandwich biscuits of India.
True. I rather prefer jim jam or sometimes parle G if it's a Sunday.
yeah...and they are now producing more orea brown version than orea original(white frosting)....also, you can clearly tell the taste difference betwwen the earlier ones and newer ones
Indian Coke Zero has - Acesulphame potassium and Sucralose
American Coke Zero has - Acesulphame potassium and Aspartame.
Sucralose is allowed to be used in the USA too, J&J invented it decades ago.
Diet Coke (Silver Coloured) in India uses Aspartame and Ace K.
@@MohiSyed Yes but diet Coke is different from Coke Zero
@@pavanmelukote How different?
@@MohiSyed Both have zero calories but diet Coke was made decades before Coke Zero and it has a different taste. Which is why Coke launched Coke Zero in 2005 which has 0 calories but the same taste as usual coke.
so which is less worse for your health, Sucralose or Aspartame?
i love how much invested you guys are while watching videos 😂😂
Brother food is the best thing happened to humanity.
I love how carl says "we" use this and that in India he's more like an Indian 🫶🏽
Wow! The guy's Hindi pronunciation was bloody good!
And Amul does have a wide variety of chocolates... love almost all of those! They also have a range of butters, cheeses, and other dairy products.
😂😂 CAA protest mein active th yeh karl
Dude... He's Karl Rock. He's more than just a good Hindi pronunciation. 😄
I think his wife is Indian
I like cooking . And in india we dont use lot of green onions bcz it overtake other flavors and everything taste just like green onions.
What a coincidence... watching this while eating lays 😂❤

I think what achara was referring to was impact mints, i recently bought them they are very good but also damn expensive.
Ahh.. My favourite reactor combo... Achara is very smart and Kristien is super fun! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
So true on eating water part. In Nepal we also say same!!!
25:18 We use stevia plant......as a sugar substitute.
One thing u will notice about Oreo is that their packaging is always an illusion kinda... Like if you open the wrapper and straighten it up I won't find the visual perfect because they are made keeping in mind that the wrapper is cylindrical. And in that shape they make an illusion that it's bigger than what u think ...
I know someone who works for designing and he said this that most companies does that to give illusion of size which helps in sales.
We do have Indian branded Cereals, Baggrys, Monsoon harvest,Tata Soulfull, Muscleblaze, Yogabar,True elements
There are way better, healthier and cheaper potato and banana chips made in India by small buisenesses ran by housewives than Lays and Pringles. After eating those, lays and Pringle will taste like a scam.
Hot chips
agree
You guys can do a INDIAN snacks video.🎉
Bro your pfp 😂
@@boruto_uzumaki_69420 😉👍🏻
I was a hardcore elitist when it came to anything zero.. I needed my sugar, but ever since my diet I had to resort to Zero sugar soft drinks when I visit theatres and it isn't half bad. Still prefer loaded with sugar tho 😂I don't get the hate for Kisses, I mean it's alright. I have had both from India and US and neither taste like vomit, but I have a pretty low bar when it comes to candy. The one difference is the sheer amount of flavors available in the US compared to India. For instance, Cherry flavored Fanta? Absolute delight. Fanta og is fine, but Cherry flavored anything is just better, by default. When it comes to Chips, Indian chips are hands down objectively better. Kakis chips are the worst. US loses just because of that 😂I actually had no idea Pringles was a thing here. Now that I think about it, Pringles might just put US back on the board XD. I have no horse in the cereal race because I wasn't a huge fan of cereals to begin with. But I did enjoy Froot Loops tho
Ya I mean i like kisses chocolate it's not bad at all ofcourse overpriced for us but not bad
The fact that PepsiCo/lays uses the potatoes grown in india😅 FL something potatoes
2:33 american everything is always bigger 💀
Ohh yeah!...😂😂😆
i get that reference on "Eat the water" cause I am bengali and also have the same thing
Price depends on raw materials which we get in less price because in India we people farm all types of crops and last they depend on transportation, inflation hope you have understood
Amul is the best for chocolates n ice creams
Its affordable very cheap and tastes good.
It even got varieties they got dark chocolates as well.
How do you even drink warm coke zero? I could never. Pepsi Max is usually my go to but if I can't have that I can only down a super chilled coke zero, if it's even slightly warm it's going back in the fridge till I can stand to drink it. Maybe it because I live in Fiji and it's hot all the time but even in cold times like right now my Pepsi is chilling for about an hour before I can stand to drink it.
We don't even drinks Cococola in India, Yeah but sometimes we dribks . There is a another alternate. Beverage. That's Thumps up . The King of Beverages of India. You should try that . 😊
In Bengali language also we say "Jol Khabo" in regular words means "I wanna eat water" 😂😂😂
India uses suger cane while america uses corn starch.
We do use Green onions for garnishing and various dishes.. 13:55
O! That's interesting! Even in Bengali, we say "jal khabo" meaning "will eat water". Nice 🙂
Quirky little similarity between Thai & Bengali!
Paratha used to be a good breakfast but now people do not do that amount of work in the morning as they used to do in earlier days eg farming and mining
The Indian Oreo has no filling inside because of the cost cutting and it still sells because of the brand value. However Indians like Good day brand which is made in India.
Icebreakers are imported in India, as far as I know. At least the last time I had had it.
Best mint. Love it!
If GST issue is fixed in India then the prices would be much more cheaper than the USA. Because the prices of many food products and their raw material is not properly decided as especially in their raw material price fluctuations do happen.
That 'Eat Water' thing is the same for Bengalis as well, we too have the same word for eat & drink(Jol(Water) Khaabo(Eat); Khabar(Food) Khaabo(Eat). A lot of other parts of India thinks it's bonkers and weird, but it kinda makes sense in Bengali.
8:30 OMG, its the same in Bengali where you say Jal Khabo literal meaning eat water but hinting to drinking water.😂
There's a huge Bengali Japanese connection since the Netaji and the Japan Empire alliance in WW2.
Sour cream is great with potato wedges.
I love cream and cheese flavour lays very much🤤🤤🤤with glass of cold Maaza, best ever combo
Me with Thumps up...unbeatable combo
For me a glass of mirinda wins 😊😊
Prinkles are sure shot better in US. I tasted them first time in 2009
Achara as beautiful as always
We bengalies eat everything......we eat water, we eat cigarettes! 😅😅

OMG what type of human being is Karl rock chips size comparison this is so insane😂😂😂😂😂
The coke Zero is confusing I checked they both use Aspartame and Acesulfame K so it must be other ingredients
finally a Karl Rock video
I absolutely fell in love with the caramel kit kat chunky and then they stopped making it. I love anything caremel but it's just as well that I don't have access to it. Haven't eaten a kitkat in months but I know that if I had access to the caramel one, I would not be keeping my daily calorie limits.
I’m just the opposite. I can’t eat anything with caramel . It sticks horribly on my teeth 😅
@@onalbhandare1915that's my sister. She hates caramel. 😅
I have seen few of his vlogs, which are superb. If I remember correctly, his wife is Indian from Gujarat State.
No need to be confused Achara 🙂 Kraft that owns Oreo purchased Cadburys so When Kraft launched Oreo in India they used Cadbury brand as it more well known brand
The original KitKat is only used in India,i've never seen the indian one 🙄
Its onam here in kerala.. Sso again requesting to check out 2018 (malayalam movie)

8:40 same in Bengali language too lol we say we eat water, air etc lol
Thumbs up & other old Indian soda brands about 80% of them are owned by Coca cola,Achara. To End the competition in India Coca Cola bought all these brands in the early 90s....
Damad ji ....pakke indian hai ...inke saamne hume b lagta h ki hum jyada indian h ya ye ...😁😁😁😁
we dont have m&ms, we have cadbury gems
In Bengali language, we also eat water.🤣
জল খাই( jol khai), where jol means water and khai means eat.😂
tamil is kind a similar to thai "thanni(water) sappudu(drink/ eat)'" and "tea sappudu"
Oreo in India is branded as Cadbury’ s Oreo since Cadbury is owned by Mondelez (Kraft Foods) and Cadbury is a bigger brand than Modelez or Kraft
