Before & After Graphic Design Masterclass (The WINNING Formula) Before/After Graphic Design Ep8
VloĆŸit
- Äas pĆidĂĄn 7. 06. 2021
- More useful content for beginners and experienced designers, where we have before and after graphic design examples, showing you how small changes can make a big difference in the world of graphic design.
This is kind of the masterclass of this series because we go in-depth and take a hard look at graphic design examples in the before and after format. We take into consideration things such as the target audience, the message and the technicals, and all of these things make up the formula for successful design as a professional graphic designer.
I do enjoy making these before and after style videos, and if you want to see more content just like todays video here at Satori Graphics, then just let me know with a like or a comment on todays video. Subscribe to stay updated to all of my uploads and until next time, design your future today, peace
Challenge Competition: Please send your design as either a JPG, PNG or PDF and entitle the email 'Wine Label Design'. I will stop looking at entries on Saturday of this week. The email address is: tomsatori2020@gmail.com

Absolutely bro đ
.
I love this channel and these "overpaint" type videos especially, they do not only remind you of the fundamentals, but they show you how to implement them in a practical way. Amazing stuff for those interested in learning design.
That's awesome to know, cheers for the feedback
The wisdom being casually spilled around in these videos.
Man you are a blessing.
Hey thanks a lot for the comment
This is the amazing channel I have been looking for to improve my Graphics art career, thanks so much Satori

I love how youâre just mentioning the obvious observations .. and things someone should already know.
I love how most people find this video useful and they learn something from it. The like to dislike ratio and comments back that up.
Love this. So informative and helpful as usual. As one who is finishing off my Advanced Diploma, there is always room to improve, learn, develop and apply; what we learn, haved learnt and still learning. You never stop learning. Thank you so much for your content. I love your tutorials.đŠđș
Best Graphic Design channel on youtube. Not even close at this point.
Short and straight to the point. Explanatory. Top quality content. Great job!
Red is also associate with passion. I also look at it as a love for motorcycle and/or racing.
Haha yeah.. I miss my most recent bike
yeah, context never matters right? you can make red mean many things in context, and not just red, green can be eco-friendly or toxic-radioactive sludge!!! but hey, keep it simples yeah bro!
Love this challenge! Just submitted mine
Woah! These tiny details play such a huge role! That Green to Blue knowledge đ„ Thank you so much sir for imparting your education đ
Small changes make a big difference đ
Thanks, Iâm junior so some of these things are not necessarily how I think about things. Iâm working on my resume and this made me reconsider some colors I used.
Love Your Content Always đ
Wow this video was great! you taught so much in a short amount of time. One thing that really stood out on the first design with the motorcycle is that the designer used the arrows to point directly at the brand name on the photograph of the bike very cool high level design.
yeah small things like that go a long way. Cheers for the feedback
big fan from KENYA....ALWAYS WAITING FOR ANOTHER UPLOAD

I have a question and I hope you can help.
The file was in .ai format when I downloaded it and I do not know how to convert it to a format that I can use either on Pixellab or Photoshop.
Please reply, I'd really like to try out the challenge
thanks! Did you make this video in After effects?
i love ur videos, im learning more watching this than in college xD
Haha thanks for the comment Carla
I love that you gave a challenge related to the video, it really motivates me and also it helps a lot to really understand the concepts while putting them to practice!
challenge accepted lets do this.
Good luck đȘ
Which of the best software is to design the font?
In the wine label design folder's target audience pdf, it is written seasoned drinkers who enjoy and appreciate quality wine whereas in the video it's said seasoned drinkers who prefer a more natural and organic style of drink. It is creating confusion about the target audience.
would you please consider putting the competition pics up here again. I'm new to this channel and wanted to download the wine pic for the sake of practice but says it's been removed. thanks.
Need more videos like thisđ

More to come but there is an entire playlist on my channel homepage
@@SatoriGraphics i saw her
Tom, thanks a million for your uniquely informative posts. I always enjoy them and benefit from. Just one question: could you please direct a total beginner like me to a video course that teaches your kind of graphic thinking and design? I'd be grateful.
I started this week. I'm kinda lost too. With time we can make it, and be good professionals
what is the font name you wrote
before
Can you change the thumbnail I think it doesn't do justice for how good the vid is
Challenge accepted ;)
I wish you make a master class for like one hour
If I had more time them I would
Think I would change the color of the grapes to a red or a reddish-purple with clear drops of moisture sparkling on the grape bunch. Then I would enlarge into an elegant bold script the word Amore and at top of page I'd put in fine script " for the Connoisseur of fine wines" ,and add a flourish on beginning of the first and end of last word. Add at bottom of page Our premium quality . Sore would be a shiny black script, and the rest if the script would be gold.
you can enter a design into the challenge
ASMR CONTENTđŻâ€ïž
I debated with myself on the idea of making an ASMR channel
I missed this challenge
Next week there will be a new one
How do I join your group sir,so I can partake in the challenge
I would say that in a nice way possible . I do agree there is a stander we all designers has to follow to be able to be more creative, and a bit of rules donât hurt. There are bad design PERIOD. Designs that could be offensive, designs that people donât take in consideration how your audience will read that crazy typography the list can go on. But being in this industry for a little while I am noticing more and more SOME designers ARE NEVER SATISFIED. almost all of design they talk about MUST have a PROBLEM. I m not talking to the oneâs who are starting in the business and need guidance. I am talk about those oneâs who already make a good living from their work. We all have a different approach about how we see things some designs Appeal more to on group them another. This doesnât mean that DESIGN is bad, maybe is not what I or some of you would like in that particular design. Some Desingers in general has this PRETENTIOUS build in them that theirs view is always better than yours. Any way! my advice that NOBODY is asking is ; learn the fundamentals and the rules as much as you can before starting breaking any of them be humble , be patience with you and others , be open for POSITIVE CRITICISM you donât need to know everything, be RESPECTFUL , and the last thing is if you work for an Agency just do what they ask you, in the end of the day itâs just work and your prize is your PAY CHEQUE. Do you art /graphic design aside .
Cheers đ
Please answer... In graphic design. Should be the designer provides the message or the xlient shoukd provide?
It is the designers job to understand what the message is through research into the client and the people who interact with the brand. You can also ask the client questions to help with your research such as 'what is your target market' and so on
Why not here, use most of the space available? In your recent vdos, I've seen you doing that.
In the example of the graphic designers, i have no clue why those nature things behind the guy in the computer. Makes no sense, am i wrong?
Who knows the font he used in the banner - I'm specifically looking for the hyphenated letter O
Baron and Hansief both have that feature
@@SatoriGraphics Thanks mate, I'll check them out
What happens if I win the "Challenge Competition"?
I choose 3 winners and their links to social media or portfolios will be shared in a new video đ
the file's deleted
Omg...I donât even know what is right or wrong in design
It just takes time and practice đ
can someone recommend me an online graphics design advanced course ? like the "best bang for your bucks"...
I mean you could check domestika. Their courses always seem to have offers.
@@squidwardshouse5431 Thanks!
Light green background to white font is not very legible!
I can only think all the likes come from those who aren't designers? and please stop saying font, when you mean typeface! if you are a designer you should know the difference and encourage correct usage of the terminology! BTW, where did you study? how long have you worked as a professional designer? and, what have you ever actually designed as a fee payed project of any note? not being shitty, just genuinely curious.
Thanks
