What to do in Mt. RUAPEHU! | Gollum's Pool, Carrot Park + Best Burgers in Taupo!

Even without the snow, Mt. Ruapehu is still worthy of a visit! We spent a day exploring the mountain and going up to the Pinnacles Restaurant and even touching snow in the middle of summer in another New Zealand travel vlog across the North Island!
On our way back from Tongariro National Park we also stop by Pauly's Diner for some of the best burgers in New Zealand before staying the night in Cambridge.

Yep there's one called Tukino on the eastern side of the mountain but it's way more remote and not commercialised 😊
