I started call calling buyers yesterday. The very first buyer I spoke to asked me for the address of the property, which I had none yet because I was finding my buyers first. However, I wanted to know should I have given the buyer the address if I had a property signed on a purchase agreement. I didn't think I should because in my mind whats to stop him/her from trying to buy the property?

So are you saying that virtual wholesaling is not location dependent? I ask this question because I plan on moving to Thailand. Now granted there is a 12 hour time difference. But I wam thinking I would make my calls at night to potential leads. Work behind a VPN on my laptop. Use Google Voice for phone calls. Etc…..what do you think?

no one ever addresses the state and federal do not call list, and I am also in Florida and it is against the law to solicit, even for real estate agents. How do you get around this?
The short answer is you can’t bc you can get sued for litigation, but to avoid this you can scrub litigators off your list so you don’t take that risk.
What would be the issue with having the seller take pictures? They know the house the best. I would simply request pictures or even videos for that matter.
