Where are the properties located? Do you have/accept everyday people to invest? I am a 62 year old Black woman who is a disabled Veteran . My credit became trash during the pandemic . But I have a benefit of VA loan. I just need help to clean up my credit first. I am looking for a partner to help me and we both benefit with a property.

@@darsellcrews5541 David Cousins gives great advice. I followed his advice and raised my credit score by 79 points. Also, another guy I followed says to first type a letter to all three credit bureaus asking them to remove everything in your personal information except your name, address, and phone number due to being afraid of possible identity thief (no writing of your name, just at the bottom, say "Signed" then type your name and send it certified, which I just did today to further clean up my credit score. He says after they clean up your personal information, freeze your accounts, THEN write them asking them to verify what is on your credit report. That way, it's harder for them to trace your accounts, and they don't have a written name to verify it's actually you. This makes it so they are more likely to say your accounts cannot be verified.

Batchleads is a little more efficient depending on the state propstream suck for the Texas market Iâm in
I am not a customer of Propstream but I am a landowner. I have received up to 12 calls per day on a property that I sold over a year ago. I now have multiple complaints against this company since my number is on the Florida do not call list. I contacted propstream over a year ago and they agreed to take me off of their marketing list. The companies that call me offering to buy my house apologize and tell me that my contact was gotten from Propstream. I am at the point of filing a lawsuit against Propstream because they refuse to take me off of their list and they keep selling my number to their clients. Propstream was informed that I am on the state do not call list and that my property was already sold. The company does not care. By law if Propstream gives you my number the law states for every time you call a number on the do-not-call list in florida you are supposed to pay $1500 per call for violating the law.
Duh get the name of the individual and company they represent..I use Propstream. If a skip returns a âDNCâ [do not call registry], propstream has done their due diligence,itâs NOT illegal,to skip trace ANYONE.
The individual (s) that reads a list and there are numbers on list that state DO NOT CALLâŠ.that individual(s),Company ABSOLUTELY should be fined.

Iâve done Call center work..Debt collectionâŠCredit Card solicitationsâŠFDCPA is similar fines for violationsâŠ

I tried Flipsters for on and off marketing. Also I live near Atlanta and there's a particular are I drove through that's doing a lot of rehab. I working on my first deal, having problems with comps.

I'm looking at a list of REI subscription services that seem very helpful, but I can't justify spending more money right now since I'm not bringing in any revenue yet.đ( I just bought an expensive coaching program, computer, and a printer)

1) l don't yet have the capital needed for a DP for the MLS properties I'm finding and
2) I don't have the tools to find better deals off market.

yes disclosure States but not on non-disclosure States. in nondisclosure States it'll give you an algorithmic estimate of what the property is worth but it won't give you MLS sold properties.
To my understanding, Dean is correct, MLS access in non-disclosure states is unavailable from all providers...
