n this video, we’re taking a look at some of the top attractions that you’ll want to hit up when you visit. We talk about hitting up the historic Old Town, which is a lovely blend of old timey charm and modern amenities. It’s a great place to walk around, window shop, and grab a bite to eat, and maybe a drink at one of the many bars. And it’s not just bars that Fort Collins is known for. It has a bunch of great local breweries that you can tour and taste at. Perhaps most notable is the New Belgian Brewery, but there are also some other great ones that you might not have heard of.

The river is pronouced "poo-DUR" by the way, it's from the Spanish word for "powder" and it comes from when military bases would use the area to store gunpowder.
I believe it's from the French, cache le poudre means "bury the powder" in French and the fur trappers were French who would bury half their powder near the river before crossing the Rockies so it would be there for the return trip east so it didn't need to be lugged over the mountains when it wasn't needed till the return trip. That's the way I've always heard it anyway.
