I've been using Greenshot for years. However, Windows 10 has some improved shortcuts for taking screenshots. Windows+Shift+S lets you copy region / freeform screenshots to clipboard. Windows+Printscr captures your entire screen and automatically saves it to your pictures folder. And the "new" Snip and sketch feature also allows you to add markings.

I only ever used Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch that comes with Windows 10. If I want to cut & paste a cropped image into an email, I use Snipping. And if I want to edit the image before attaching it to an email, I use Snip & Sketch. I don't see why it has to be more complicated than that. However, I play a game that minimizes whenever it loses focus and it doesn't have a built in screenshot feature so the snipping tool is not the right tool. I am glad that I watched this video because the one I need is ShareX with the hotkeys feature -- it's exactly what I'm looking for.

Is there any front end app which can organise the content creators you like and the links to their web pages or sub files?
For instance, creating a Car folder in the You Tube doesn't organise videos, can bury videos, can't be split into further subsections like Car engines or new cars/ old cars etc. Also if a channel leaves certain platforms you loose that content. Links to other sources allows you to keep access to that content or content creator.

PrtScr allows you to doodle right away on the screeshot and then automatically puts the image in the clip board.
All with one "screenshot" action. The ones i have seen here require several actions and clicks to do the same job.
