- I suggest cooking juicy chicken legs in the oven with yogurt. A quick chicken recipe that doesn't take much time and will delight everyone with its taste. This simple chicken recipe is made by any inexperienced cook. The baked chicken is juicy inside. a chicken in the oven delicious crispy crust. This delicious chicken recipe is now my favorite! I'm cooking chicken now, just following this recipe. Would you like to know how to cook chicken legs? Watch the video on how to cook chicken in the oven. Chicken Recipe:
7-8 chicken legs
Add salt, pepper, sweet paprika
Rub the chicken well.
Marinate for 20 minutes.
Mix: 1 cup of white yogurt
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 teaspoon lemon
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of mustard
A pinch of salt.
Dip the chicken legs in a yogurt mixture and then in breadcrumbs
Put pieces of butter on top.
Bake for 40 minutes at 200 ° C.

I myself am vegetarian, but I cook for someone who isn't, and I made this for her today. She absolutely loved it. I did use more lemon juice than called for in the recipe - quite by accident - and the person I made it for even loved that. She asked that I try this recipe with chicken thighs next time. (I see another commenter remarked that they might use this recipe for thighs.)

It says 392F for the oven temp. Did you use that? Just a strange #!

The person who posted the recipe might have converted temperature from C to F and arrived at a very exact number, whereas we customarily use rounded numbers, such as 400 F = 200 C, 350 F = 180 C. I myself use C and baked the dish at 200 degrees C, and my oven isn't even finely calibrated. I think there is a fair amount of flexibility here as it's not a cake, where temperature matters greatly. You could even bake the chicken dish at a slightly lower temperature but for longer.
