When I try this, the panels always move and there are empty spaces, only if I put the mass straight they are well accommodated. What can I do to fix this error? and to be able to put the panels in a more dynamic mass

Hey I was able to do the form but when i go to changing the material to glass just like you did for the panel of the frame it doesn't change even though in the settings it states clearly glass, its opaque. Can you help me why is that happening?

Hi @Non-stop Learning101, great job with the material, powerfull things to learn, but one advice, if you intent to teach, may be you have to be more slowdown whith de video, is dificoult to learn in that way, but if you intent just to show us your skills okay, you have been doing a great job, we all love your work skills!

commencing second year architecture, and im self learning revit, after a lynda tutorial, and watching another slow tutorial vid right before this. id say even though i understood a bit whats going on. it helped me, but i wouldnt recommend slower, probably a voice over would do the trick. good luck and thanks
It is possible to slow down any youtube video from the settings on the bottom right .. choose numbers below 1 for a slower motion video. 0.5 or 0.75 are perfect!

Hey I was able to create the form but none of the constraint points show up....anyone can help? much appreciated?
Thanks for watching Miao... before modeling you have to check and flex your reference plane if it's working. then start modeling and press the lock to constraint in your reference plane. I hope I did a little help.. good luck

I created the same model but the roof panel did not fit perfectly, anybody has a solution for that

great tutorial but for some reason my panel did not align to the grid and it looks like it overlaps and rotate and spreads out towards the end of the final shape... please assist.

hi there, i was able to create the form but when i come to the frame. The size of frame is as same as the pattern but it doesnt go as shown in the video. The structural frame seem fine but the glass didnt join together (didnt follow the pattern position). May I ask how to solve this? tq~~ btw great video!!!! :D

When placing the panels it comes up with, "Can't make type "Rectangle : family structural component". and the panels don't fit on all the divided surfaces, why is this?

Yes you can, but will adapt only the color or texture of the bamboo, however the organic shape of a bamboo will not be there
Amazing tutorial thank you so much! But i have an issue. My glass plane is under the steel family. The glass is supposed to be on top but it is under the other family. How do i fix it? :(

don't be excited on the form, sometimes it's not working with complicated form. You need to create through third party software like Rhino
