Nice,but I'm not a big fan of open floorplans. Walls are a fire break incase of a house fire, giving occupants time to escape. I also believe I saw that you can look down into the living area from the bedroom which means that people downstairs can see into one of or all of the bedrooms. Absolutely not cool. I could design a better layout. Or, I guess, one I'd be happier with. Nice place, though.
