12:10 The booing isn't a reflection of the fans thinking it was about sports above public health. It's an immediate gut reaction to paying for a game and coming out to an arena for nothing. They're not fully thinking about why the game was cancelled.
I remember going to a concert in Toronto that was cancelled because the stage collapsed and a drum tech died. Many of us arrived very early and we were lined up and about to go in when they cancelled. People's immediate reaction when the concert was cancelled was frustration, but most of us hadn't heard about the drum tech killed and only vaguely heard about the stage collapsing. It wasn't until a little later when we got all the information that we fully understood.

This is a very well put-together mini-documentary telling the story of what WE didn't know (the Pelicans players in the locker room having conversations about not playing), and just how that entire evening unravelled for the team. Great job!

This would be the perfect intro to a coronavirus movie from 10 years like “ the day when the world shut down”

He was going off about the fans booing...Um, sir...the FANS were never told WHY! YOU on the other hand with your earpiece is being fed all the details from other games around the NBA. If I'M at a game in person...I'm NOT on my phone on the news feed or checking out OTHER games. I'm invested in the game I bought tickets to so all of my attention would be on that.
For the announcer to simply say "The Game Has Been Postponed" ..... OF COURSE you are gonna get the reaction of the crowd without a fair explanation.
He going in for no reason....even in hindsight! SMH

It's still pretty interesting. And besides, we need to learn from all of this. If we don't learn from history, we're doomed to repeat it.

It was stupid they cancelled those games as the crowd was already gathered. If you're gonna cancel you're event due it ahead of time not when 50thousand people show up. That's why they Boo'd.

The day we all got quarantined I told everyone this is going to be read in school history books. My brother had covid because he felt sick. His work sent him in to get tested and yes had it. I spend almost every day with him and I never got it but 2 days later he was fine he said he felt like it was the flue. Me personally I'll let my immune system try to do its thing.. rip to everyone that couldn't

In the Philippines not only the NBA was postponed but the PBA also postponed their basketball season due to the Covid 19 restrictions and lockdowns. But the PBA has its Anniversary on March 8, 2020, one week before they announced the lockdown. It's so sad right after Kobe died the world has been shocked like wildfire because of COVID-19. We have been turning into the shadow of gray like this one at 15:33. The Fog warns us that the streets are empty due to this virus

What a joke it was for sports to return, because we had a public health crisis. Should have had sports gone the entire year. Who cares? If money was involved, as it wasn't smart to play. We didn't need sports as a distraction. Bubble was a joke for NHL and NBA. NFL had no joy for me. College Basketball tournament was gone.
