well oily things are rich in vit A and ghee and mustard oil are really good sources of vit A so when you put in nose the nerves of your nasal passage will absorb the stuck oil on the inside skin and because these nerves are connected to other nerves of the face including the eye nerves the oil has a very high chance for its nutrients to be distributed in the eye area due to which the muscles of the eye will use it to recover hence you will have relaxed stronger eyes and most likely your defects will also go away. but it is a natural process and natural processes no matter how helpful they tend to take longer to be effective I mean you need to do this oil in the nose thing every day before sleeping for at least I repeat ATLEAST 6 months but at least it's better than throwing chemicals into the body which will cure eyes but cause some other side effects for which you will again take chemicals and you will be trapped in this drug cycle for your life
