If you are trying to find news that is without corporate or political spin try Breaking Points, China uncensored, and America uncovered. None are perfect but they are all independently funded and never try to spin a corporate or political agenda. Their hosts have their biases but they don’t try to spin their own bias to be facts.
same here! I hope that he can continue doing segments at various times during his stand up touring. He has been a source of entertainment as well as news. His satire and savvy way of delivering authentic vocalizations of languages has made me laugh on days when I needed some humor. Trevor, you will be SO missed! 😥

I am so sad that Trevor is leaving the Daily Show. He is irreplacable! Looking at news gets depressing after awhile but with Trevor you get your news and laughs. Wishing him the best though, he is just so talented, intelligent and personable.

Trevor will be sorely missed by the late night world. He gave us a perspective that both reminded us that, as he put it, "at some point you have to remember that it's happening here and stop saying it only happens in other places" and he also reminded us that what America is going through right now has happened to various degrees all over the world. A man like him is a rare find and we can only hope The Daily Show can find another person of his caliber.
I hope to keep seeing Trevor Noah and wish him the best.

I cannot even imagine his replacement. if one of his correspondents gets it, I can't imagine watching it. It'll be a tough search to find someone as humorous who can interview anywhere near as well as him. HBO should be offering him an interview show like how Netflix did with Letterman. That way he could film a portion of the year then do what he loves which is standup.

Those segments where the "correspondents" give their take on the topics. They've really grown on me. And I like how they often break the veneer by talking about the show with each other on camera. That's always fun.

Depends on if he wants it. Hosting is a big commitment and Roy’s been on the show just as long as Trevor
Also the longest a correspondent has stayed with the show is 10 years. Most want to move on to other things or get offers to do other projects, plus they’re allowed to leave for other jobs whenever, the host can’t
At the end of the day they’d want him for at least 5 years at which point he’d be doing the daily show almost as long as Jon Stuart
Totally understand the perspective. I'd encourage you to check out the behind the scenes podcast he hosts. Shines light to how the correspondents have roles as characters on the show but in behind the scenes they get to step out from that.
Roy Wood, Jr's bit was so cathartic because I feel like he is saying what we are all feeling inside, and it's nice to see that acknowledged.

We love the ensemble cast on Mr Noah's show. They need to have a supporting cast support group. It was a bit shocking hearing that announcement.
The only way to make this right is to give Roy the torch. I've really appreciated over the years the smaller stories, the international news and often unknown geniuses that Trevor has given a platform to. I think Roy can keep that up and make it his own.

Just the fact that Kim Kardashian got paid $250,000 for ONE post on Instagram is unbelievable. Most celebrity posts I see on Instagram are promoting or selling something for financial gain. I guess no matter how much money you have you apparently always need more.
That's the thing they need to make more money because they spend so much. If they stopped earning now and continued to spend as they do they'd be bankrupt in under a decade.
