The playing with house money narrative is such a loser mentality. Happy to make the playoffs? Happy to be in the second round? Piss off. The team is 10 wins away from the Cup. The next game, regardless of the opponent, regardless who the favorite is, regardless of whether up or down in the series, is winnable. Period.

Pickard comes out to take away angles a lot more that most, so he has a large Gap to close to get back to his goalline so hes built to stop the perimeter shots even if deflected because hes way out there sitting down on them, so what you need to do is use shot-passes to his sides then attack him E/W from the Flanks....you do NOT have to use the One-timer is hard to control , you DO have to use quick-release snapshots or wristers ect to catch him, but this is repeatable terminal offense you can squeeze out of him. Your shooters can position the same way Draiaitl does just make sure your shooter have the right handed shot to be quickest pass reception-shot so forehand from the middle/inside not the wall -- like Draisaitls set-up. Calvin will hold his own stopping straight on perimeter shots/deflections so you can use them but you alreadys saw that he comes out far enough to stymie those playactions.
