These types of mental illnesses are very prominent also within people who are very aware of themselves above normal, and things around them.
So much one can relate to here, we thank you

I struggled a lot with imposter syndrome and I still do but I always remind myself that I am created in the image of GOD ( a GOD who doesn't make mistakes). GOD refers to Himself as I AM, implying that possibilities are endless with HIM. If HE is not just one thing to me and I'm made in HIS image then I can't disqualify myself or invalidate the different gifts and abilities bestowed upon me. I continuously remind myself that GOD wouldn't give me all of these abilities if HIS intention or purpose for my life was for me to use just one.
    I love it here❤️❤️❤️

This episode resonated with me the most. It's incredibly relatable, especially because I've been struggling with imposter syndrome lately. I excel in academics, have a passion for writing and spoken word artistry, enjoy delving into tech, and advocate for women's rights. Despite trying to focus on one thing, I find myself pulled in multiple directions. I often worry that prioritizing one aspect, like my academics, will detract from the others. Thanks to Ursula and the guest speaker insights in this episode, I feel more equipped to overcome imposter syndrome and find balance in my pursuits.

I am so grateful for this podcast because I am multitalented and I have been struggling to juggle my many personalities because I always feel inadequate and not ready. I have so many Ideas but the voices are sooooo loud that I plan everything and stop at execution stage. Scared to apply for jobs , I charge less tor my designs because I feel I am amateur.

I relate to this episode so much my goodness where do I even start because I must say... I am in my late 20s and I have been aware of what I have loved and would naturally or rather simply resonate with. So much time has passed from procrastinating and self doubt that I actively must work to forgive. To forgive myself for not trusting or valuing my own singular existence even in the midst of the noise that opposes love and nurture within myself especially when I acknowledge my soul and that it communicates to a point that not adhering to it creates dis-ease in so many different ways. I have had to face feeling like an imposter repeatedly because as much as I was definitely aware that I had a vision and gifts to exist within that I needed to nurture. I'd feel like an imposter generally in life. People pleasing and seeking validation or instant gratification would be the fix. The latter is not only distracting it is most definitely unhealthy holistically. It is refreshing to apply gratitude as a way of living and to be aware of how the current lifestyle serves me or does not and to then design it accordingly. I used to hide behind not making decisions and my oh my has that been dreadful. It would only emit procrastination I am grateful to see myself overcoming this all because I just had no more energy to degrade or time on getting sick from not valuing and investing in myself. To experience allowing myself the space, to seek, to be aware, to understand and make effort to nurture and invest in myself has brought so much life and light and sense of belonging within my own self. Just being able to discern what to focus precious time , thought and energy on truly is remarkable.
