#f123 #f123game #f1 - Hry
I just care about the increased grip. I’m so tired of short shifting to 3rd or 4th gear and the car feeling like it’s on ice.
i stop playing because a tiny bit of throttle would make me spin...had to turn assist on to be able to play.....its like they want people playing with a controller where the button dont go any further or else...
@@JVillasGamingactually that's far too easy, try the real f1, the iracing one, that's the real deal
@@andreagiagnorio5775 Driving the Mercedes in iRacing is about 10x easier than any car on F1. It's just a lot more complex with all of the controls for the car in iRacing.
@@MaxClips2000 you must be kidding mate, the car in f1 games is like a legit rental kart. It never snaps it almost floats in an absourde way, I've driven real formula cars and it's identical to iracing. The F1 car feels completely natural too, It basically feels like an F4 on steroids which It actually is so...
@@MaxClips2000 a big part is also how fast you drive in Iracing because even in real life If you underdrive the F1 car It feels like a train and it's super easy to drive if you are 4-5 seconds off pace
They were asking this about '22, '21, '20, '19... and they will still be asking this about '24 and onward.
Guess the answer.
Short answer: no :) but good efforts with the video title :D
Imagine they are like: "He mentioned the feel of the transition between aerodynamical and mechanical grip and the mid corner feel, let's work on that." Haha one could dream right?
If this game is as buggy as the last i might just not play the game at this point
Ugh even just rudimentary aero grip physics would be fine as long as it felt good. Can't believe the times ive spun out on flat out corners because the car doesn't produce the grip the real cars do
@@ChrisPBacon9 f1 2020 is extremely understeery but i think it's the best one in recent memory
As if you have any idea what that would actually feel like.
@@ChrisPBacon9 Sure its the games fault rofl
The answer is no but as long as it makes fun I dont care.
The last 5 word are all that matter
Exactly my thoughts
Sim=boring
@@user-xu5lb2ky8hnot really, the driving experience of simulators is awesome, its amazing how you can feel every thing of the car as if you are driving it, but what lacks in sims is the style and accessibility because its necessary to play with a wheel, and that's what Codemasters F1 is good at, accessibility and style of the game, so that players can have fun and can play on both a wheel and a controller.
Finally someone playing at the cockpit view!
Seriously will never understand why people don't use cockpit. Especially if you have a sim rig.
@@robertrossi9364 because it’s easier not to. We all know the real reason.
@@robertrossi9364 because its not realistic, you have a limited fov comprared to real life where yiu see also with peripherical vision and can turn uour head instantly to see in the mirrors or at the side
An f1 driver i dont remember if it was lando or rosberg said tv pod is showing you more what you can see irl compared to cockpit view
But NO halo pillar... close, but not quite simulating realism.
@trav3653 yea but they still could do 1 lap in cockpit view just to show it for launch
As long as Codemasters are making it, the answer will always be no. There's obviously huge interest in Codemasters Racing RPG, so I can't fault them for that, but it would be great if a second company also had the license to make a sim out of it. This is not unheard of, with EA Sports and 2K both making NBA games, and there are other instances of this also.
The closest thing they have ever done to simulation was Race Driver: GRID... I mean the first one. Especially when it came to damage.
@@DxBang3D Never played that, but I have zero complaints with Dirt Rally & Dirt Rally 2.0, even though RBR is still considered more of a sim.
EA doesn’t have the NBA licensing anymore but your point still stands
lmao codemasters made dirt rally 2.0 and i think that's a pretty good fucking simulator. so no to your statement, codemaster do have potential. will they do it? idk hopefully
This is a great point about 2k and nba! 👌
My greatest dream is Kunos getting the F1 license.
I’ll still play these games (F1 2020) for fun but cars that feel like cars would be great.
Like they did a great job with ACC. 🤡
@@Nearest_Neighbor You can’t be serious. 😂 is it too hard for you?
@@Nearest_Neighboracc is kinda the best sim out there 🤦
Ye or Reiza studio. They did an insane job vith their F1 cars.
@@KayJblue since when is acc hard lol, probably being Fast on f1 is more difficult
Hear me out, there is a huge problem in sim racing. The best sims out there like ACC dont provide a deep career mode, they dont feel like games but sims of course. But at the end of the day? What's the fun in just that? Low fuel motorsport makes fun. But for me, its nice to have a purpose and having things to unlcock, a solid career mode. On the other end, F1 and GT do that at the cost of not being true sims. It comes down to preferences, but in my opinion i will always prefer a game that feels like a game in its content and features and doesnt solely rely on online multiplayer.
It would be nice if EA did the full F1 game as they are doing now with all the progression and career stuff but allowed kunos to do a bare bones sim with just the cars and tracks but with their physics models
That's why I love iracing. None of the fancy graphics or any of that crap. Just incredible physics and cars that actually can be driven.
Finally someone who drives f1 with the onboard cam🙏🙏🙏
have you tried the VR yet? Interested on how well they implemented it.
I'd like to see you play this on your D-Box motion rig. To see how the game implements that kind of movement. Thinking of getting a D-Box setup just for F1 23. Addicted to the sport and play F1 22 in VR. With motion, it would be next level.
9:44 you forgot the overtake on for the hole lap. I was wondering when would you crash hahahah. Nice video, mate!
I'm diggin' the visuals. Lighting and reflections look good - i.e. the way the sun reflects from the asphalt as you face into it. They've put a lot into that.
Thats not the right look, test had a lighting bug sorry
Reflections would be ok if used tyres wasn't so shiny and reflect every light...
Pointless having stunning visuals if I can only use one of my 3 screens 😢
Looks good but the car sounds terrible!
Partly due to me shifting 8 years too late every time. 😂
10:32 what a perfect maneuver. Right into Gasly
I love how you used the replay feature just like speculating an actual race.
Not just putting it side by side , we cant focus 2 things at once
Hi Will, great video once again. Would you be able to share your CSL DD FFB settings, please. I'm really struggling to tune mine, feels so disconnected at times. Thank Will and keep up the good work.
You feel disconnected because F1 22 isn’t the right game to feel connected :/
My only question is, does it still feel like the car is floating/on ice mid turn? In other sims I can flat out some turns that if I do it on F1 games I become the Tasmanian Devil with no warning at all
Great vid 👍👍
What were your cockpit cam settings?
Please let us know if they addressed the jitters in VR. If it’s still a problem that will definitely impact a decision on whether to get this.
Yeah it ruined VR for me in the game
Which wheel base do u use?
Also when it comes to ps5 and gt7 can I use any wheelbase supported on the ps5 with any wheel, or does the wheel and wheelbase have to be supported?
Have you tried Formula Pro in rFactor 2 ? I'd be interested to know how it compares as I don't have much experience in this car class 🤔
Its def fun and competative! The weight feel is insane in f1 2023 cars feel super heavy.
Curious as to when you will give your full rig impressions given the F1 series supports dbox motion. Thx.
I already knew the moment the race started and Stroll was in P1.
So what wheel base are you using as the Fanatec looks like it has no cables connected and it is placed in a great position...........
I would like to challenge you to running a successful Immersive Pitstop with any of the Moza Wheels connected. It is impossible.
Played the beta for both sessions on this game, it’s a bit better than last year but the vr quality was really bad for me. Tried with reverb g2 and primax 8k x. Sure they’ll sort that tho as it was fine last year
Did you try to put the minimum resolution to 100%? If not the game will reduce it drastically to improve performance. This is how it was on F1 22.
@@MegaIronica thanks, I’ll try that if I need to when the game is released. I only tried VR a couple of times on f1 22, I didn’t change anything like that and I don’t remember it looking bad in any way. Thanks for the advice though, that could come in use, I was a bit worried there’d be nothing I could do should it still be a problem on release
What gpu do u have
@@fernank017 rtx 4070 ti
DLSS and FSR looked like trash in F1 22 you needed to use fidelity FX sharpening in VR it was the only one that looked clear even at 50% res it was clearer then DLSS on 140% no clue how they stuffed up DLSS/FSR so bad [was using a reverb G2 with a 3080]
if its implemented the same way give fidelity FX sharpening a go and find the sweet spot res wise where you wont get the shitty frame jitters that F1 22 gets sometimes, I was really hoping they fixed the jittery mess it was this time around
Good to se someone using cockpit cam, great video…most of the corners you can do 1 or 2 gears higher, you’ll be much faster and reduce wheel spin ;)
Pity it's very unrealistic tho what's the point in a cockpit view if your gonna get rid of the mirrors not only that actual F1 drivers also say it's way off realistic
From what I’ve heard the grip is significantly better so lower gears can be used. That was my biggest complaint with F1 22 as the traction was so bad it forced you to use unrealistic gears through corners which felt so unnatural and wrong. For the longest time I refused to use higher gears and run med tc but despite med tc being more realistic as far as grip it caused so much understeer some tracks like Suzuka were undrivable so eventually had to turn it back off. It made me leave the game months ago once I got AC, unfortunately I’m on Xbox until I build my pc so my sim racing titles are very limited.
Even with better grip, player could carry more speed with higher gears in some turns where he’s using 2nd and even 1st gear. There’s no turn done 1st gear in Interlagos 😉
@@hudsongama is some cases yeah but you don’t get as much rotation in higher gears and you have to brake slightly earlier to make the corner. I didn’t see which corner he used 1st but yeah there are only a few corners on the calendar that require 1st. However it is common for drivers to hit 2nd especially around turn 9. My problem with F1 22 is that nearly every corner taken in 4th or 3rd is taken in 3rd or 2nd respectively in real life. That game grinds my gears
@@-._.-._.-Sully-._.-._.- I agree 100%…he’s doing Bico de Pato in 1st gear at 4:12
Did you test the VR? Curious to see if they've actually improved the trash implementation from F1 22. They haven't mentioned anything.
It was unplayable in 22. As they don't market it anymore, I'm afraid it won't be any better
What was wrong with VR in '22? It's brilliantly optimised in terms of graphics at least.
@caprirosso3 If you're used to the VR standards of AMS2, it wasn't great. It wasn't smooth at all and the tracks look off because they're not laser scanned, which is way more obvious in VR.
@BoostedMedia Please may you review the theatre mode for F1 23. No other content creators have commented on whether the Theatre mode has been improved. Major things like being able to view other peoples perspectives (online racing), being able to save a race replay even if you crashed or DNF. Being able to adjust cameras. All these basic fundamentals for a games replayability and content creation.
Might have to wait for the full game, but if it's possible may you touch base on this. Love the content, keep it up!
i highly doubt the theatre mode has changed in this game. Maybe a future iteration. But they will have just ported the old system
Hey Will, can you share what the tilted fans on top of your computer rack are? I'm interested in maybe putting something like that on top of my pc to better cool. Thanks.
If I'm not mistaken those are two GPUs.
Boosted... Thank you for Driving in Cockpit View
Let's Normalize F1 Games from Cockpit View
TCam is not Racing!!
Cockpit view gives you about 70% of the view of what a real driver can see due to the reduced left and right range. Zoomed in tv cam view gives about 110% the view range left and right. So if you want the most most similar to real life left and right field of view TV camera zoomed in is that view.
@@mnc303 A real driver's field of view is extremely limited due to the helmet... I very much doubt cockpit cam with Max FOV results in less vision than putting on those insanely padded F1 helmets irl. T-cam ruins far more than what you gain from a "correct" FOV. Since your position is now _on_ the car, instead of _in_ the car.
@@theglitch312 helmets in f1 actually have really big fobs. How much that means for actual visibility...
@@maarten3225 You're right, seems like certified racing helmets don't impact the FOV much. It's maybe reduced by 10-20 degrees from the normal 210+
Your front tires were above 100 degrees. In F1 22, that created much slippage... it could be a reason for some of your loss of grip.
Cam settings for that cockpit view?, looks great!
Will they ever give us a cockpit view with out the hands and steering wheel and closer in, I already got a wheel and hands? Hopefully the VR is better, might be worth it this. I will give it a try.
Yeah not being able to hide the wheel basically rules out me being able to make my hyper-realistic videos with it
@@boostedmedia Ah hah! When you are in a session, set your camera to cockpit. Go to settings, a camera customization menu will now be available. You can do FOV, horizontal, vertical, left, right adjustments. Also in Graphics I believe, there is a setting to turn wheel animation off.
It's fairly enjoyable for me on my widescreen now, no side view mirrors to see now with fov i have, but there is a virtual mirror and I have the stationary wheel seen enough so I can see the gears. But you could hide the whole thing for your realistic sim deal.
The VR still stinks.
codies should add an option that turns your overtake off automatically when you've run the battery out 😉
Wondering if we can feel the ffb improvements on the Logitech entry level wheel (g29, 923, 920)
HI I use the logitech g29 on f1 22 great to use but feedback on the wheel can be improved ,
How is the feel of FFB and grip vs another not quite sim - GT7?
Had your overtake on for laps at a time. That definitely messed with you in the corners lol
Happy they made the view much better because they thinned out that beam ..
what are your f1 2023 cockpit settings because i play cockpit and want good camera settings please reply
Please do a VR version review. The VR was notoriously hard to run on F1 22. Please remember to put minimum resolution setting to 100% otherwise, it would just reduce the resolution drastically to improve performance.
I play the beta in vr and the performance was much better than in the f22, everything at maximum and there was no shuttering
@Rzor 1 That is great news! I a lot of questions if you don't mind. Would you say the handling got better and by how much? Was enough to make it interesting? Also what are your PC specs and what headset you used? Also how can someone have access to the beta?
@@MegaIronica handling is another big improvement it feels more precise especially when taking fast corners, silverstone copse, maggotts, becketts, they feel very different compared to the f1 22 you can feel the downforce and that's great, and my pc I7 13700k, Rtx 4080, 64gb ram, vr headset hp reverb g2.
Where do i change minimum resoloution? :)
@J G I think it is under graphic settings and video mode, and it is called something like minimum dynamic resolution. If your specs are not very high, you might want to reduce quality preset to low or very low, but it is still much better when the resolution is high even if the graphics settings are low.
Is there a native triple screen support?
bro using the ers the whole lap lol, cannot shift to save his life lol
It's pretty difficult to take any feedback seriously when the driving is this bad. One thing that is quite clear though is that the traction is way easier. He was holding those low gears for a long time with the engine screaming for help and the car was not immediately spinning. With improvements to AI and FFB I might just buy this year's game.
Can you share the settings you are using for the csl dd?
Are the laptimes in F1 23 3Seconds slower as in f1 22?
Hi , good video , great you talked about AI being really good i kind of beginner when sim racing with a wheel.but i do understand when AI are not good in racing sims, i enjoy f1 22 one of reasons is the AI being good yes they make mistakes but very realistic AI i am not on 110 strength and still have a great challenge
in f1 22 the AI will sometimes just want to dive bomb you, i was watching Matt212 and he had lapped a car and at turn 1 that car dive bombed him xD the AI code is good yes but in some cases like that trash, in some of my races the AI will just randomly do a pit stop maneuver on me down a straight
It is nuts this still doesnt have triple screen support. As an F1 nut it would be awesome to bop around in triples on all the licensed tracks. Unfortunately until Codemasters release their grip I fear this won't come any time soon. At least they have embraced VR. Baby steps.
Wait it has VR support but not triples? wtf
@@Gr00t I was equally surprised when they implemented VR for the first time last year. Also got raytracing. But no triple support. Lazy if you ask me.
@@Gr00t It can run triple screens but it's like the front screen is three times wider instead of factoring in angles and perspectives like every other racing game
just realized that in this video you're using the new fanatic cal dd+ base
Hows the FFb improvement? F1 22 only felt like a big spring on a DD. No details at all on the track and in corners.
I don't know if I want them to, honestly. Is a game that I love to bring my friends who play with joysticks to play with me with assists, while I drive with wheel and no driver aids. Fun for both players.
No way they'd ever. They would be gate keeping the majority of their customer base lmao. So I agree. While I want the handling to feel good and be pretty realistic it needs to be very playable on pad and accessible to as many people as possible. Youd hear WAY more people complaining if they flip flopped the scenario 😂
Are you on pc or console? I play triple screen on f1 through pc. Not too sure what you mean by no triple screen option.
Do they allow previewing the VR mode?
I’ve been having a blast with f1 23
I love it..but what I really don't like is the in ear mechanic...it doesn't sound like a radio message and they just do this every year
I've had a ton of fun with F1 22 and F1 23... and now we're almost ready for F1 24 to hit and I'm really curious what kind of changes we'll be feeling.
The F1 23 cars were quite a bit faster than the F1 22 cars. I'm talking... from 202-205 on the straights on up to 215-220mph on the straights. So, that may be a real F1 thing where they changed some drag limits? I have no idea. But wow, F1 23 has been VERY fun for me.
And to beat it all, I play with an Xbox controller. The only assist I use is ABS. There's just no feeling with a controller on braking. That's my excuse haha.
My "FULL SIM" game is DCS: World. They use that game to train real pilots in the US military and other militaries across the word. The Germans learned to fly Mirage 2000's on DCS: World. The US learned to fly the A-10C Warthog on DCS: World.
It's Microsoft Flight Simulator on steroids.. because you're now flying fighter jets with fully clickable cockpits and every single thing is realistic.
If you're a sim lover in general, you gotta try DCS: World. As with anyone, I'd recommend starting with the "Flaming Cliffs 3" package (they are not full fidelity) and then moving on to a jet you like. It's good to start with the F-5E-3 or the Mirage 2000C (both full fidelity) and move on from there. You really need a HOTAS (flight stick and throttle and SOME form of rudder pedals, be it actual pedals or the ones on your throttle) and some form of something to look around hands free, be it VR or TrackIR. I use TrackIR 5, personally.
DCS: World is free and you get 2x free planes. a TF-51 (an unarmed P-51 Mustang with all the switches and knobs) and a Su-25t Frogfoot (more of Flaming Cliffs 3 thing, no clickable cockpit).. it gives you a feel of the game.
And, TO ME, there has been nothing more fun than DCS: World. From prop planes to jets to freakin' helicopters and all of their own characteristics based straight from the real world.
Planes/helicopters are expensive.. It's an expensive game. From the controls to a way to look around hands free (TrackIR 5/VR) to each "module" (planes/helis) being anywhere from $45-$80. I've got over a grand in this game and regret nothing lol.
EDIT: Oh, and yes, the jets have all their respective weapons systems. 20mm and 300mm cannons, AIM-120B's and C's, AIM-9b/m/x, etc. etc. (different from Russian jets). There are multiplayer servers and the maps are GIGANTIC. It sounds easy but trust me, flying in formation with 4 or 5 other jets is no easy task UNTIL you've gotten good at the game. You go from driving on a flat plane to flying ... and when flying, you can lose sight/visual of your teammates in the blink of an eye because you're 30,000 feet in the air. Did you pas them by 1 or 2 miles? Are they 3,000 feet above you? Beneath you? It's amazing. There's radios and channels and stuff to help communicate.
If you love sim racing, don't even try DCS: World because you will leave sim racing behind lol.
It's funny, because after playing DCS: World, you could literally hop into a Mustang/P-51 and know how to prime it up, flick whichever switches and take off in one. Not saying you wouldn't die trying to do it in the real world, btu it gives you that much realism. Same for helicopters and jets. You learn how to start every single thing. Check it out on CZcams. I never thought I'd fall in love with a flight sim, but THIS one is one of a kind. It's as real as it gets... short of feeling 9G's. You can black your pilot out, but yeah, no way to simulate that in your home.
Takes a moderately powerful system as it will have you pushing 24+ GB RAM in a single player mission. The graphics are great. Sonic booms. You can see your wings cutting air vapors when turning hard enough at the proper speeds. JEEZ I'll shut up, I just love sim games.
They've somewhat recently recoded it to use multiple cores far more efficiently, so now it can push your GPU much better and overall run at much higher framerates, too.
it´s possible to play with 3 monitors and a open wheel?
Would love you to race, comment and compare on the golden oldies of Crammonds f1 games, to modern games and see what you think of the handling ect..
Problem with crammonds f1 games is they aren't designed for modern equipment. Force Feedback is crucial for simulators
@@JoeyJoJo85 yeah, I agree.
I think I seen someone using a wheel to play, no FFB though… just interested how would think it compared. As I think handling and AI was very good on it way back when we would have race weekends with friends at mine
I just got F1 23 for the PC on STEAM which was on sale. Right now I am just doing the Time Trials on different tracks and testing out the VR for the game. Some say the VR is very bad and twitchy viewing, but I changed a few settings and I just see very little twitching while driving in cockpit view in VR.
Right now the game is just entertainment for me and don't follow F1 on TV. Too early to give any good opinions on the game. My favorite track or I should say most driven on from other games is Australia. I did try the Las Vegas city track which is not bad. Vehicle handling so far has not been bad, but have not done any races, so don't know how the AI vehicles are.
Thanks for your video and take care.
There might be no dedicated triple screen support, but what if you use nVidia Surround? It works with F1 20 and F1 22, so I guess it also will work with F1 23.
Yep that still works. Just no perspective correction.
shorter races mean smaller pit windows and earlier stops where the field doesnt get as much chance to spread out. ive had some instances where i pit and have to wait for a row of cars before i get released
Please test with logitech pro, will truforce be available?
Hi could you please share us your fanalab settings for F1 23 ?
How are you playing without the plugs on your hub?
Can we turn off the in-cockpit wheel and arms completely?
surprised the engine didn't blow up with how late you shifted every time
Aah you said the magic words: Automobilista Two.
Those two words give me lots of hope for this game so thanks for the upload mate
you were like 5 seconds late to every gear shift 😂
This game will never be a sim until they introduce at least laser scan tracks. This arcade game would be perfect if becomes a simracing.
Great video , looks good game
Hello, good day cockpit camera settings?
How did you get rid of the middle structure part on that view?
Turned it off in settings
Great showing. After years of absence I'm going to finally build a new rig in the near future and definitely want to try F1 again.
@@simlab9899the only thing ridiculous is your comment here. Racing with a rig is more fun. Who cares about competitiveness? Even so, some of us prefer ai racing
@@simlab9899much agreed your take is a bit controversial…… not all players play to be a 5k hour pro, some play for fun 😂
Nice video but why would you use 1 gear in an f1 car. In the games you have to use a bit higher gear anyways but even in real life they never use 1st gear
Congrats on the early access preview.
Nice, but I will wait until its on sale after the F1 season ends.
it seems so difficult to drive in cockpit view. good race.
Codemasters haven't been able to get tarmac racing right in any racing game so far, and look to be still failing at it now.. At least twice in the video we see sudden snaps of oversteer that you can't react in time to..
And don't even get me started on no triple screen support.. You've had YEARS Codemasters!.. Sort your s**t out!
Why the hell should we pay each year for tiny incremental improvements (and effectively new 'liveries' and driver shuffles, maybe a track or two) when other developers do this through the normal life cycle of their games?
Time to give the licence to someone else.. ANYONE else!
Is the force feedback better than 22? If yes then does it reach the ffb level of
AC?
I think it was stated in the video force feedback is better, like when riding over the curbs.
you make lovely videos but for the love of god please shift when the light turns blue😂😂
Haha sorry. First time playing an F1 game in a very long time!
Because F1 is aimed mainly at console player using controllers, i dont feel this will ever be sim like, they are already making it better for wheels and feedback, but it wont ever be a full on sim, and thats good, is it was a full on sim the market would be 20% of what it is now,
Richard Burns Rally was the most sim like rally game ive played, came out along side Colin McCray rally, and the CM outsold RB by a long way, because it was more of a Arcade type game and aimed at a bigger audience
Would be good is another company got hold of F1 along side CM and made it a sim version for hardcore racers
On the flip side though , DiRT Rally 2.0, which is much more sim orientated than Colin McRae Rally or DiRT 5, outsold DiRT 5 by over 5x. For rally games at least, it should be a lot more profitable to make a simulation game than an arcade one since Force Feedback wheels are much more accessible then 2005 and people are attracted to the difficulty of it. This is why I'm 99% sure CM's WRC game is going to be based off DiRT Rally 2.0 rather then DiRT 5, and also the reason why the F1 games have become a little more focused on being realistic then say, 2013 (you had only 180 degrees of rotation on the wheel, you could anhialate kerbs and world records were almost 5 seconds faster than real life).
No reason the game can't have varying levels of driving assists to help the arcade racing fans on controllers.
As always I will wait for a sale price on STEAM eh ! :)
just one important question! is this more simulator!? or still arcade?!!?
Sound effects are brutal
Always look forward to that "it's Will heighhhhh" much love man!
😂
There's no triple screen support?
Thank you for driving it like Sim instead of using TV Pod.
Haven't bought any F1 game since 2019. Guess this one is breaking that streak.
I wait for the new physic model, I hope it will come with F1 2024 and next-gen only.
2 minutes with the engine noise told me everything I want to know
So noones going to talk about the unsafe pit release at 10:31
Logitech really needs to make a formula wheel.
How are you driving with no wires connected to the back of the wheelbase?
There are wires connected to it. 😂
@@boostedmedia I was just curious if you had some special adapter or something because I have the same wheel and wheelbase and mine has power, clutch, and pedal wires very obviously sticking out of the back ports, vs yours looking totally unhooked. Wish mine looked that clean 😂
must be the cinematic editing.
@Todd Stewart He might not have Fanatec pedals
Nope I had CSL Elite V2 pedals on the rig for this. They were connected via USB though
Noob asks: Is there any console F1 game where you can drive Senna/Mansell/Keke Rosberg/Prost and Schumacher/Hakkinen eras?
As a mobile sim racer I want a rig and a this game now but sadly I can’t afford a rig😢
Does this finally have analog clutch support? It's so annoying trying to get a good start and spinning or losing a lot places at the start because you can't ease out the clutch.
Doubt it. F1 22 also didn't have it. They can easily add a practice program where you need to find a good clutch bite point, maybe add support for wheels with clutch levers.
@@theglitch312 that would be amazing! The F1 titles could definitely benefit from having a dedicated practice mode.
@@jccollins_exp It’s what they do irl as well. They practice starts from the end of the pitlane, and after the end of each FP session they get a chance to start on the grid. So the developers can even mimic the practice program of real life drivers.
But atm, they can’t even fix something as simple as the the qualy practice program… Which expects you to do a real qualy laptime without taking the added track evolution into account.
In my case, I’ll fail the program 9/10 times. Often being projected to qualify dead last. Only to qualify on the front 2 rows for the race due to track evolution, often on pole.
The devs are _that_ lazy.
@Rick yeah. As long as EA knows they can make minimal changes to the game and maximize their profits, then things will never change.
Where is the FFB under wheelspin?
For those that sre new to the f1 games, why is it some cars red line from red to purple w no green and other cars go from green to red to purple? What's going on there?
Green is when drs is active. All go from red to blue or “purple”
Every corner you downshift too many times, you dont need 1st gear in brazil at all (except the start of race, or pitting) you could go much faster if you use the right gears ! Good video tho 👍
My thoughts lol so slow 😂
He's probably running 80AI lvl, and he's braking way to early to the corners. He's definitely not a pro player, just a content creator.
He forgets to shift too
@@Hello__________ hahaha yep, shifts way to late.
He revs the shit out of the car too 😂
Late shifts for sure
