- My first tutorial, showing you how to make 3D embellishments with toilet paper and glue.
The original idea came from Ilene McInnes and you can view the video here: • DIY Stone Jewels For A...
I'm also debating whether I should put these up in my Etsy shop, and I'd love to know your thoughts!
If you have questions, comments, or suggestions, I'm all ears! Thanks for watching!

Thanks very much! If you hadn't said this was your first video no one would ever know. Please make more!
Excellent tutorial.
What an awesome idea. Finally, a truly nontoxic and lightweight material. Definitely have to try it.
Great tuition. Ireland
Thank you so much for this tutorial! Tried it for the first time yesterday. Would love to share pictures. Really appreciate the clear advice. Are you still using this technique, now 4 years after filming? ❤
Awesome job! No one would not know it was your first video:) Thanks a ton!!
These turned out great! I have the same mold but have been using resin! I'll have to give this a try! Tfs hugs Renee
Wanna Scrap? Thanks! Let me know how it turns out! They're so easy it's a little addictive. :)
Love it, looks amazing
I've done this with candy molds. I put a small sheet of mulberry (colored or plain) paper before adding the toilet paper and came out real nice. I also did this technique with rubber stamps (no mulberry) and the results was amazing. I just used water. I love your mold by the way.
Please send a pic. Thanks
@@lizellebrown4738 I'm trying to send a photo but it doesn't work...
@@charlinebosse1099 can I send you my cell number?

Fascinating!
Beautiful!
Going to try this tomorrow. Thanks 👍.
oh wow, this is cool!!!!
so much better than air clay, thank you for this tutorial. But please call MOD podge by its proper name, not modge 😂
Thanks for the inspiration! Can’t wait to give it a try! You could definitely sell those on Etsy 💕
Thanks! I'm glad it gave you some ideas! :)
Georgious!
Thank you for this! I have moulds but didn’t know what I’d use them for until now! I just picked them up for “future use” and they were totally my vibe, only $2 and I couldn’t leave them there.
I use silicone candy molds and the work great
Awesome i have these and ive done them inclay definetly going to try them again in toilet tissue and cluei got all my molds from amazon
TYFS
I LIKE SO MUCH.THANKYOU
Maybe some luster dust into the mold prior to tamping down the TP into the mold would color the end product.
Love this! Bought a mould after watching your video and am trying some now! Were they durable?
I'm going to try using my Dehydrator on very low heat to dry them. Lol
Watching in 2023... never to old to learn
Where did you get your beautiful silicone mold? I am making these embellishments with the molds I already have--picture frames and a cameo. The are fun to make. Thank you for the tutorial.
Where did you buy the beautiful mold? I couldn't find it on Amazon. I started making these yesterday using molds I already had: picture frames and a cameo. They are fun to make. Thank you for the tutorial.
Just a crazy question how hard would it be to take modge podge and tissue paper or toilet paper and put in a mold to make an RC car body
How do you apply them to crafts?
UM
OH! Paper mache'! Doesn't it stick to the mold?
Stenciling brushes work best.
This is a miracle but water mixing with glue ???
Did you put mod pod in the water container? If so how much did you use please?
The mix is 50/50
Plastic works fine, but they are too deep.
