    Great video! The interesting thing that I've found is that when I do the "weekend - eat - anything - you - want" method, which is SOLID advice to someone just starting out eating this way (since most can't just cut everything out all at once), is that after I ate what I thought I wanted, I feel so horrible and sick or sluggish and lethargic, that it's just not worth it anymore. I feel way too good eating plants, that the unhealthy foods that I used to crave, have started looking & smelling disgusting to me now! I never would have guessed that!!

      Haha I love that! When I first changed how I ate (soooo many whole plants all week and then eating my old favorites on the weekends) I felt the same way. I'd get stuffed up, feel like I was coming down with something, sore throat, I felt awful! Nothing compares to feeling strong and well. So great to hear of your experience too, thanks for sharing! 💓✨
