Well, Corden simply annoys me with the obvious. I freaking grew up with the obvious (I'm 65). That said, he can do really good stuff. He just hasn't quite adjusted to TV yet. ETA : He is getting much better.

Can we stop pretending planted staff members in audiences are a surprise, and just appreciate their talent as a normals segment, like the staff bake off.

Every time the staff member who is playing the marketing exec appears in a sketch, I always think of Celebrity Noses- his voice over the PA system kills me in those bits
