Well, now that we’ve got the obvious out of the way, time to find a new video.
Came looking for solutions for the disconnection problem, not to trouble shoot.
Don’t know if you’re still looking for a solution or not, but I’ve just started having this issue with my Switch, too. In my case it looks like the pins at the bottom of the Joy-Con Rails have become damaged from prolong use of attaching and detaching Joy-Cons. Because the pins are damaged, my Joy-Con isn’t making a solid connection to the Switch and keeps disconnecting. Now, I’m not saying the same has happened to yours, but the best solution I can recommend is either buying a new set of Joy-Con Rails from Amazon and try replacing them, or sending the Switch to Nintendo or a local repair shop to see if they can fix it.
@@Mvxzzz my Switch was bought from a guy with little use (he provided a receipt). I never played with joycons off system. The right joycon randomly disconnects, but ironically if I play with joycons disconnected from console, no issues whatsoever in game play. 🙃🤷🏻

Hey, one way I've ACTUALLY found to fix it, is there's connectors on the handheld mode joycons and switch, clean them off by blowing which will likely clear dust/debris from the sensors (for handheld mode disconnectivity)

It disconnects when I am playing in handheld but when I don't play in handheld it doesn't disconnect

My theory is that they’re worn out and dont grip on to the screen itself and the slightest of pressure that your palm of your hand puts on the bottom of the controllers, its enough to slide them up and disconnect them

Mine keeps disconnecting but I never have a problem with the joy cons when hooked up to the joy con grip just when it on the system itself

it’s not working at all even in handheld mode it’s not recognising it
My right joycon disconnects every 10-15mins then i have to take it out reset the joycon using that sync button then put it back in to work again.anyone have any idea what is wrong? Should I replace it? Its a scarlet violet edition so I really don’t wana replace it 😞

2 months into owning a Nintendo switch and this has started. So infuriating
I raged in splatoon 3 that’s why I my switch left joy con keeps disconnecting because one of the lines are not straight and that’s why It keeps disconnecting

Pointless video. I guess most people would know if their JoyCons have no charge they won’t work.
You're not Nintendo nor are you affiliated with them, so why are you troubleshooting with the most basic steps? This video is so pointless that it's almost annoying it even exists.
