Jb weld your stock intercooler for time being, I know it’s an old video, I Jb welded my stock lb7 intercooler top and bottom and sides, With a s476sxe/87/1.1 About 60-65 psi. Been holding for 25, 000 miles so far with that turbo, Also revs to 4800rpm, 145, 000 miles on truck. I’m impressed that stuff works from not blowing a hole thus far. Just ordered a bd cool it 2 5/8” thick intercooler. Core is a complete 1” thicker. When time comes.
Who’s trans tune are you running? Also, I want to utilize my stock egt probe but don’t quite know who sells a turbo back downpipe with that feature. Any advice I’d appreciate it. Thank you!

I love Duramax content. GM will not phase out the gas powered vehicles. The Duramax diesel is not going anywhere. That's a great news for GM.

Is the down pipe for the s369 the same as the down pipe for deleted and stock turbo?
no it’s not. s300 has a specific downpipe for it.
Why a single over instead of a add a turbo kit w/ s480 over stock?
