    This is probably most guys dream truck. So how does it handle with that much power, and what kind of price? 30k to 40k?

      Literally my dream truck and I have two fantastic trucks I’d trade if I could find one clean enough and interest rates weren’t ridiculous

      @samuellopes3048 probably close if not a lil over. I know compounds run close to 50k.

    I would love to ride in that truck!!! I have a 2020 Silverado 3500HD DMAX with everything that banks sales. I want more, maybe going up to that 72mm turbo. Will stock injectors and fuel work with that or is it better just to buy everything at once?

    • @POINTBLANKPERFORMANCE
      @POINTBLANKPERFORMANCE  Před 11 měsíci

      You can certainly run a 72 on stock fuel and make mid 650 to 700 hp sir !

    • @joshuaquilliam2887
      @joshuaquilliam2887 Před 11 měsíci

      Add bigger injectors, you will hate the lag with stock injectors, Bigger fuel injectors doesn't help so much with where in the rpm the turbo lights, but it does effect how fast it comes online once you hit that window. Hope that makes sense. If you want to stay stock fuel no reason at all for a 72. A nice 64mm of your choice will do 700, closer to 800 if it's a larger frame like s400 (don't run the box borg 464 though it's ancient technology.) A Forced Induction 464 will do you right.

      More than that, 35s with stock gearing probably eats up a good 40-50hp, and they say 20% for driveline drag but these new trucks are very efficient so say 10%. Yes it's a 1k hp truck, I know a 72 will do 1k on a Cummins and our cylinder head blows in comparison to any Duramax L5P is on another level.

    • @rocknrollforever91
      @rocknrollforever91 Před 2 měsíci

      @joshuaquilliam2887 you can't go by percentage. You lose say 10 percent on stock numbers at 445 hp is 44.5 hp loss. If you add 300 hp you don't also add another 30 hp loss. The driveline loss is a set number. The gearing didn't change the driveshaft weight didn't change... etc
