A system that gave India players like
    MS Dhoni
    S. Sreesanth
    Irfan Pathan
    Rp singh
    Suresh Raina
    Piyush chawla
A system that was revolutionizing Indian cricket,
through searching grooming, training and developing talents from rural areas.
An Idea proposed by Makarand Waigankar
Taken nationwide by Then BCCI President Jagmohan dalmiya,
and headed by Dilip Vengsarkar in 2003.
a system which was a success through and through...
and then was scrapped promptly in 2006.
    This is it's story.

My father was in the Army so I got to grow up in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Goa etc as an ambitious cricketer... None of these cities had a bowler that could scare me like the bowlers of Jammu and Kashmir did back in 1996 under 16 selection when I lived there at that time... There's talent getting wasted in the rural parts of our country.. sad that the only few who talk about it are ignored too.

I played cricket around 2013 2017 . I am from haryana. In my district still there are no regular trials even if they are organized, they're totally corrupted and even if somehow u get selected then no matches take place or the scorecards are made by themselves in which their players would be doing good and on that basis they get selected for state or so on
