Today I made incredibly delicious Snickers ice cream!
sugar (120g/4.2oz),
Cream 33-38% (120 ml/1/2 cup),
Butter (80g/2.8oz).
Roasted Peanuts (80g / 2.8oz).
Cream 33-36% (400ml/1+3/5 cups).
Condensed milk (160g/1/2 cup).
Cocoa (15 g / 1 tbsp).
The shape measures 25 x 12 cm (10 x 5 inches).
Chocolate chip cookies (about 10 pieces, 2 layers).
Peanuts (50g/1.7oz).
Chocolate (300g / 10oz).
Vegetable oil (2 tbsp)

Sugar (100g/3.5oz) + Pectin (5g/1 tsp).
4 small oranges.
The result was orange juice (200ml/4/5 cups).

Chocolate (300g / 10oz).
Peanuts (50g/1.7oz).
