I love it when he does the dumbbell arm workout, and even more so if he does it for 30 minutes and so on. And that's much better, by the way he also did some abs right? Brilliant. So, I will do the training that is very good today, with my dumbbells of just 5 kilos and so on.

Nice workout. Toward the end it was getting harder on the skull crushers but I expect I will feel this tomorrow. It is surprising to see how low my heart rate stays, as the average was 108bpm and the calories burned was 183, but I believe that this type of exercise will help me to lose more fat than just doing cardio.
This workout is indeed very effective to loose weight, as resistance training builds muscle and burns fat simultaneously.
