I had a Samsung washer dryer set I purchased new, that were 13 years old when we sold our house last year- and both pieces were still in tip top shape, and performed like-new when we handed off the keys. We decided to go with a Samsung set again for our new home- this time the Bespoke models. I have some high expectations on them!

I don't care about the product the presentation is perfection. I wish I could do a presentation like her in business meetings.

It’s nice to see a HE front loader that gives some water. So many of them are so skimpy on water and I know the reasons why but it seems this washer really gives the right amount of water to clean.
Wow!! samsung ur not only good in smartphone manufacturing but also your washing machines are impeccable ave never seen or heard of such a machine with those much functions and a sleek luxurious design .So much respect to the engineers and designers at samsung for your top-notch devices that make work more luxurious and also perfection 👌 love it so much can't wait to see it in action

Received our Bespoke w/AI little over a week ago. I set them up myself including a side-exhaust mod (and I used Nashua 324A rigid hvac tape instead of duct tape inside) for a tight fit against the back wall. So far so good! Make sure to level them!
USA made washer was perfect out of box. Mexico made Dryer had a little dent on the side, and I got a 10%+tax refund from Best Buy.

Question: in the auto dispense function. What happens if you don’t use fabric softener? Can you still use auto dispense just for detergent?

À prix égal en Europe, nous n'avons pas aussi bien (exemple : pas d'éclairage intérieur de la cuve, ni les mêmes coloris proposés). Nous avons que des modèles blanc ou noir uniquement. Le modèle Silver comme présenté est magnifique mais introuvable en France. Sans parler du stock en ligne, Samsung n'est même pas capable de tout fournir, il faut se rabattre sur d'autres sites. 😡👎🏻

Our washing machine with a built-in dryer is probably older than you. It has almost the same feature. The dirt, detergent, and cloth sensing are the only ones missing. The electronics are perfectly fine.

Bespoke means made for one specific person. These products are not bespoke just because its flat or has large capacity, or even can be rearranged. It's simply not bespoke because it's made for customers, not a specific customer. The term bespoke here diminishes the value of the Samsung brand, simply because it embodies dishonesty in merchandising a consumer product.

It's a washing machine, like every other one it cleans my clothes. I see no point in spending more money for these "features". It's like trying to sell a microwave with a quad core processor and saying its "better performance".

U pay more because u save also more I have a fam of 6 and we wash ALOT but without sensors u actually dont know EXACTLY how dirty ur clothes is and how much water soap and electricity you should be using for each load. Ur paying for items that will save u money n time in the long run. Specialy with the cost of soap and electricty and gas(heated water) yeah ill pay for the extra "Bells and whistles" if ur a single person with enough financial means and time to spare well i can see y it wouldnt matter. (Not trying to offend just explaining from another angle) have a nice day :)

I used to be a Samsung loyal customer, all my electronics were Samsung (TVs, Phones, earbuds, soundbars, wireless chargers, etc). Until I bought my first Samsung appliance on Aug 2nd. This is the worst appliance purchase experience I ever had.
I have chatted and called multiple times, spent hours on this issue already but unfortunately, this is how it seems it must be to get any decent and effective attention from Samsung.
Purchase date: Aug 2nd
Issue 1: Many inconsistencies on the delivery date between information on the website, email, and phone support.
Issue 2: Chat order support does not know anything about appliance orders. I had to call several times to make sure I had the correct delivery date for my appliances.
Partial delivery: Aug 20th
Issue 3: Missing steam hose for Dryer, Dryer not installed due to missing hose.
Issue 4: I tried the chat, chat person could not support appliances, I sent “Contact Us” messages, was never answered, chatted again and was directed to another chat link that was not working, called, the person on the phone was completely incapable, he did not know what a Steam Hose was, I got a call back to confirm I was missing a “Pin” and the person asked for the part number as if I should know part numbers.
After multiple calls, requests to escalate and prioritize that were ignored according to XPO who did not receive a priority order on my service, and hours of work lost talking to Samsung I finally was able to schedule delivery of the missing part.
Missing part delivery: Sep12th.
Issue 5: XPO person was not attentive, did not hear feedback about how he was throwing tools on top of my expensive machine or twisting and squeezing the hose and vent tube, which is a fire hazard by the way.
Issue 6: I asked him to turn the machine on to check his installation. The machine made a HUGE noise as if it would explode. He left without fixing it, said it was a VERY COMMON ISSUE with Samsung and that I needed to call again.
More calls:
1st Call on Sep 12th - 15 min - Joshua - ID # for call - 9253856 - 15 min between a bot and a “Support” agent just so he could tell me he does not work with appliances, wanted to give me a new number, I asked to be transferred and after a few minutes Samsung hung up on me.
2nd Call on Sep 12th - 15 min - to the phone Joshua provided via email after the Samsung system hung up on me. Not able to reach anyone ever. Can barely hear bot, start some chat about insurance claim, wells fargo, etc. Probably related to Samsung exposing my personal information to cyber-risk (attached notification). Start to hear weird bots questions about someone in my house being 15 years old or not.
Twitter: Just sent a reference number and said they sent to escalation team, I heard that twice on the phone over last month. Do not believe it, was never contacted by any escalation team.
I want a full refund, pick up of this washer and dryer immediately, I do not want this in my house anymore! I need space for a set that has both working machines without any safety risk for me and my family and I need the space now.
I lost so much work and mental health calling Samsung on commercial hours that I can probably request legal compensation if I get fired for being on the phone with you all the time! I have all registered on my phone and email.
Never went from love to hate for a brand. Samsung is a first!

I am trying to figure this out as well. We will move to liquid but have a lot of pods left to use up. Think I figured it out. Press Options quick and go to the Dose Per Wash and hit OK until it is Off. This defeats the Ai part of the wash, but for every now and then washes, I believe you could set this as a favorite for quicker access in the future.

@@ItaloRican7 Hi, I confirmed the Power and Start/Pause buttons do not light up. The digital display will light up or change when these buttons are touched. I have noticed these buttons can be temperamental, and we often select them a few times.
