- The yard kart destroyer is FAST! Our Zongshen 190cc 5 speed pit bike engine powered go kart is our best build yet- the steering is awesome, the brakes are very effective, and it has tons of power. Best of all, its basically a regular go kart with full suspension! In today's episode we change the gearing on the Yard Dart, finish up some tuning and build a chain guard, and send it for a historic lap around the CarsandCameras Grand Prix and top speed run!

I think an out of the box future build I would like to see would be a Prone-Kart, low, sleek, fast and scary as hell!
A full upper roll cage and a seat belt might be useful on this one.

That's so fast, and steers so good because you finally have a forward heavy cart !!! All the weight is on the front tires now, so it doesn't push through the corners!!! It actually turns at speed now!!!! Its awesome 👌

But... PLEASE consider some safety improvements to the track. Some Bales of Hay in front of the trees, or rails to avoid head on tree collision . Even cars colliding with trees at these speeds can give very bad outcomes

You guys should make a top 10 wet lap leaderboard and a top 10 dry lap leaderboard to solidify what is really the quickest around the new C&C GP

Ok long time subscriber and I have to say I'm very impressed with how far John's driving has come. I remember when Isaac was the fastest on everything and the only one to really push stuff to the limit like the racing mower. This kart turned out killer tho!

I knew from the jump this was gonna thrash everything else on your guys' list. All the right makings of a REALLY well performing vehicle! Exhaust & Carb work in addition to fixing the gearing... yea I think a sub-50 second lap is certainly realistic with the right track conditions. I'm already looking into getting my hands on one of these engines and possibly coming up with my own version of something similar, except maybe a 2-seater side-by-side configuration.
Also, I believe a Top 10 Hotlap Session is a FANTASTIC idea. You guys should definitely make that happen soon!

North of you guys in Virginia, I built a street legal VW sandrail in 1986 with turn signals, windshield, etc and it weighs 975 pounds. It has antique tags and 40,000 miles on it now.
