That was a great defensive play on LeBron's part, but it was J.R. Smth that doesn't get credit for even making it possible. Look at that whole sequence carefully. How you make this video and not include his shot over Kawhi in the finals?
What's funny is that I know where the "no clutch gene" thing comes from. It's not even necessarily from Skip Bayless. It comes from LeBron making a single mistake in the clutch one night. That's really it. He showed the ability to mess up in a clutch situation, one time, and that became the narrative overnight because of the hype surrounding him. LeBron has to have clutch performances every night, despite not even being a 'great' shooter, and the lack of other scoring options on the Cavaliers made it even more necessary. Every. Single. Night. Or the Cavs lose, every. Single. Game. What's crazy, is just how many 50+ win seasons the Cavaliers had during this time period, relying on the same non-clutch player every night. His shooting slumps were allowed to develop into a strong case against his superstar status, and he was still at the top of the league in 4th quarter scoring every year.

Although he hit the shots within the 2 minute Time framed, it's not as good as it looks when you already got a huge lead with the opponent. Not to mention he played longer, so basically you'll have better numbers when you played longer.
That’s why stats are overrated and don’t always tell the whole story. You ask players who have played with Lebron and none of them are scared of him. Lol.
I watch lebron James beat the clock
LeRoids struggled to guard the Mavericks weakest players in Jason Terry and JJ Barea.
Dat boy good !!!
COME BACK 3-1 vs warrior’s enough said🐐🐐
Young young LeBron was clutch as well on Cavs 💯
91.5% of LeBron's points were in garbage time minutes last season.
bro he was 37 their whole season was garbage time. should he not give max effort just because his team sucks? then yall bozos would say he washed and he ain't trying 😂
Smh
Not really.
It's normal if you hate personally great player you can say that he was is
LeBron is only clutch in a Cleveland uniform
OVERRATED LEBRON DON'T HAVE KILLER INSTINCT
Wow … and to think it’s mad shit that didn’t even get put in the video 🥴🤌🏾 not clutch .. been clutch since high school respectfully
How do you miss 2016 Finals in this video?
Clutch in a shot making way, based on that clutch gene argument
He just had too many clutch moments, whereas I guess they thought they had mentioned them all. The important thing is, this video will definitely silence a lot of his haters, especially Skip Bayless.
if he did not change teams it might b different to look at🤣🤣
Gimme no. On how many kobe and jordan buzzer beater?
If this was about how clutch jordan was it would have a million views. People will never accept how clutch Lebrob actually is. They won’t even click on the video.
MEANWHILE "you" clicked on this video ..
AS DID 600 other people, along with TWICE that many "views"
Lebron joining any team is already a clutch move for the said team. He is the GOAT.... PERIOD!!
Jordan has more rings, MVPs, Defensive selections, scoring titles, DPOYs, and more Finals MVPs.
He led his team in defensive win shares more than LeBron and didn't have the help LeBron did, yet beat more 60 win teams than LeBron to win titles.
And he has higher advanced metrics/analytics--higher PER, Box Plus/minus, Win share Avg., and VORP avg.
3 POINT SPIN FADE AWAY VS Washington
If lebron James is not the GOAT 🐐 no one else is 🤴🏾 Jordan don't have a fraction of these highlights
quick survey, would you consider being in the NBA finals 8 straight times CLUTCH?
lebron winning clutch is either dunk, drive, fade away jump shot, floater and 3 points shot..the best all time
Everyone who has watch the 2018playoffs won’t say that
I know in the goat debate, the clutch talking point is often brought up as a "gotcha" in favor of MJ over LeBron, but even as someone who would take MJ (but I respect different opinions on the debate) it's pure ignorance and hate to pretend LeBron isn't clutch, and that he isn't historically someone to be pretty scared of in big games. He choked in 2011 but forget his monster performance in 2007 against the pistons, or his evil stare game againist the Celtics in 2012 at your own risk of looking like you don't know ball. Bron has been a killer.
