  • First hike in February I decided on Hawksbill Summit in Shenandoah National Park. I started later than I normally do, this time around 9:30am so I missed a sunrise, which I'll have to return to in the future to try to catch it! It was another cold one, hovering around 15 degrees pretty much all the way to lunch. The snow covered trails did make for some spectacular views, especially at the top! This is definitely one I'll have to do again!
