Hey Burrito, just seeing this video now! Was awesome to see your perspective of the battle. I hope you had a great time, I was the Imperial VIP and I'm really glad you were able to make it. I'm not sure if you're aware of this or not but if you activate your chase camera (NumLock key by default) then your camera will follow your target. The bonus of this for POB captains is you can see what your turrets are doing in relation to who you want them to shoot, allowing you to rotate and adjust so that they have the best angle possible. You seemed to manage just fine though! :D
I loved this game back when I was a young teen, so it’s really nifty to see people still playing it today. Do you still have to grind a lot to get to the higher classes or can you take shortcuts? Also, where is the clone trooper in the thumbnail from?
On the Legends server every account gets 1 "Holocron of Knowledge" which allows 1 character to be level 90 instantly in either a combat, trader, or entertainer profession. My suggestion would be use it on a combat profession (e.g. jedi, commando, medic) as they take longer to get to 90 than trader or entertainers. Away from keyboard (AFK) play is also allowed in certain areas of the game when following rules outlined on the forums, so you could AFK level a profession to 90 if you didn't want to quest. The clone trooper in the thumbnail is from a promotional image for Hot Toys' 1/6th scale figurine for the Coruscant guard. If you image search "clone trooper coruscant guard" you should find it with little scrolling.
ah yeah, nothing like taking a Swig of the SWG. last space pvp event over the weekend imps got rolled pretty hard too, there were a ton of shieldless tie interceptors, and those of us who are full time spacers and swing to either faction to balance things we ended up flying rebel and pwnded the imps easily, sadly. rebels need to make a better showing so they don't have to rely on neutral players.

Both sides flew really well! The Rebel VIP crew did a good job holding off threats. The Imperials had some really good pilots up there.
