Actually, for the Arkham Knight detail with everyone in the GCPD being killed, it happens if you die at ANY point in that mission. Figthing the goons in the tunnel, fighting the goons on the roof, before the tank battle, or during the tank battle. Also, here's a detail for you: In Friday The 13th Killer Puzzle, there's a set of levels called I ❤️ NY (except instead of a ❤️ it's Jason's mask). In that section, there's a level called Return to the Harbor, and it's here that you can find a reference to James A. Janisse of CZcams Channel Dead Meat, and more specifically, "The Kill Count Guy," as well as his wife, Chelsea, and you can kill them both. Killing James ALWAYS gives you a fancy kill animation, too. There's also quite a few others, like a developer from Gun Media (who made Friday the 13th The Game), and seemingly more I don't personally recognize. It's definitely got quite a few easter eggs and references in it.

07:01 there's a similar situation in Hitman Absolution where a Guard will say "Timothy Olyphant?" if they see you. I've only seen it happen one time so I assume it's incredibly rare, but it's a funny reference to the original Hitman movie.

There's a small detail in "A Way Out". When hiding from the guards after escaping prison, you have to takedown some. There's a difference between how Leo and how Vincent takes them out. Leo punches them after he's done choking them, and Vincent just continues to choke them to their demise
The crouch walk animation in alpha protocol will always make me chuckle

Aw man, i remember playing Alpha Protocol when i was younger and absolutely loving it. It was even my first ever Platinum Trophy. Sure, some things felt very different when compared to other games i used to play at the time, but for my young mind, it was just it's " unique charm " 😅. Wish i could try it again after all these years.
Alpha protocol was ahead of its time.
And I really hope it gets remastered, with better gameplay.
I still play it from time to time, I believe people just didn't give it a real try, they compared it to other games of both RPG and Stealth/Action and failed to realize it was something else entirely, yeah control was a little wonky at times and shooting was not the main focus but the choices mattered and carried consequences, for me it was a great game.
I bought that game a few years back its very buggy but extremely fun. I hope we could get more games like it or a remake of alpha protocol.
I‘ve got some Easter Eggs from Luigi‘s Mansion 3: On the movie set level several easter eggs can be found: a bike with a basket at the front and a bundle of pieces of cloth (the bike from E.T.) and also a black-haired girl in a well (the girl from The Ring)

Genuinely thank you. Mafia 2 is my favourite game of all time and I'm so glad you finally got around to this detail.
In the Arma 3 Laws of War DLC, in the one mission where you play as Adams to recover food shipments, the dialogue actually changes depending on if the food is damaged or not (either by the fall or by your vehicle). You can also see a lot of familiar faces in all of the campaigns, lots of smaller characters but also characters that later on become playable, too.
Also during the Prologue, the earthquakes that can be felt caused by the Eastwind device begin around that time, and they make note of it.
I’m not sure if it counts as a detail, but I thought I’d bring it up since you mentioned Alpha Protocol. In the safe houses, you can find trophies that Mike took from certain missions. You can interact with them, so they’re not just decorative.
The subtle detail at 2:25 made me smile. I heard it earlier but never made out what it actually meant. I thought it was just some npc dialogue.
The mock American football field goal kick to the "kicker" falling over has to be a reference to Peanuts, where the same occurrence is a running gag.
Mafia 2 is such an underrated game
I got a detail from Dead Rising 2. When walking around barefoot, you can actually hear Chuck's feet smacking the floor.
I do remember a fun little detail from Mafia 2. Sometimes whilst driving the radio will talk about a piece of plastic which will be used for shopping (a k a credit cards)

In Back 4 Blood they have recently added bear traps. When you set a bear trap, you'll be able to read "Acme Traps" written on it as a reference to the Roadrunner cartoons
Dont know if you already covered this, but in Hitman 3 when you step on a scale it shows that 47 weighs exactly 47kg. I have only testet it on the Bankok map in Room 207 so far.

Interesting stuff as always. I managed to stumble upon an Easter egg while playing Saints Row (2022). The ‘item acquired-tune’ from Legend of Zelda was played and my character struck the pose Link does. It triggered when I Dumpster dove.
I actually noticed something interesting in Arkham Knight. During freeroam you will notice Oracle has some bandages on her face presumably wounds from scarecrow but when scarecrow’s army invaded GCPD and Batman has to stop them there’s a slight error. When Batman dies the cutscene follows showing the militia killing everyone but notice that Barbara doesn’t have any bandages in the cutscene

there are some 4th wall breaks in the nhl series, the guy between the benches will sometimes tell you to put the controller down and will sometimes even realize that he’s “in the middle of a video game” but it happens at random and i’ve only heard both a handful of times
Another hidden detail of Arkham knight is that if you beat the whole game including season of infamy and save mr. freeze for last the whole map will be covered in snow
For Batman Arkham knight, when you are in predator combat, go right behind the guard who can detect your détective vision and look his reaction, personally it is my favorite détail in the game!

I have found IT easter egg in Bee Simulator... If you spawn to New Hive, turn around and go along the building behind you, you can find a red baloon attached to kind of canal thing
Captain Eggcelent, I got a good one for you, in The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim, Ralof while in the prisoner wagon in the very beginning of the game as you start it up mentions someone who lives in Helgan, where you're about be executed, mixes Juniper Berries in their mead, if you go back to Helgan you can find a bottle of Juniper Berry mead on the top floor of the inn if you go back the town while playing the game

@@michaelandreipalon359 I will admit it was at the “knightmare” difficulty so I was assuming it was gonna be hard anyway but I do feel like the later tank missions dragged on, there’s only so much you can do with tank combat to keep it interesting. It’s the same with turret sections. Sure it’s fun for the first 5 min but after a while it’s like “I wanna move, why are they still coming haven’t they realized I’m not running out of bullets? Why haven’t they changed their strategy?” Especially when they do that thing where there’s like a pile of bad guys by a door and there like “geez these guys sure can’t go through doors right, oh a 50. Cal antipersonnel turret. Better make sure my AK is loaded.” I actually really like the bat tank in the game, didn’t feel clunky or anything. I feel like they were proud of it and were like “they better sit down and appreciate the work we put into this”

At the end of the day it's all fun and games until an orphan sees that detail and cries, so you'd have to live with the guilt of making an orphanm cry for the rest of your life

Idk if you’ve covered it, but in fifa 22 Career mode while playing as the away team, if you are beating the home team by 4+ goals the stadium gets more and more empty as no one wants to see their team lose. I’ve noticed the stadium gets more empty in FUT(plus for you to film it’s a lot more faster to get rather then playing all the preseason in career mode)

I have found 2 Easter eggs in the new saints Row 2022, one when diving in a certain dumpster you get a reference to the legend of Zelda when link opens a chest. Second one I've only heard a hand full of times but I believe is a reference to Batman v. Superman, occasionally you will hear "both of their mother's names are Martha? "
A detail in RDR 2 if you choose not to help Rains Falls and Eagle Flies and continue on with the story, Captain Monroe will be labeled as a stranger when you meet him later at the meeting with Rains Falls and Charles due to you never meeting him prior to that moment
i just finished assassins creed dawn of Ragnarök and the end speech by havi (odin) im pretty sure is a nod to the speech by the eleventh doctor that he gives just before he regenerates
that little animation in the bat game could be an easter egg of "a boy named Charlie brown" when he kicks the ball and misses thanks to lucy.

MLB the Show does have some different animations for home run celebrations depending on the side your team's dugout is on. It isn't really anything big, but I think it that was neat when I first noticed it.
There's a detail in oddworld stranger's wrath that if you shoot chipmunk on the floor near townsfolk they'll all walk towards it and start watching it
One of the best details in Arkham Knight is at the beginning of the game in Cafe if you shoot the cop is filled with grief in a jail. If you don't shoot he deals with the horror and makes a recovery.

While Alpha Protocol did release in a not so great state and on console has some annoying issues. I still love the game... Personally it's one of my most enjoyed Action RPGs, with a fun cast, enjoyable gameplay, interesting plot... It's nothing ground-breaking but it's a great time and I always go back to it now and again just for another run. It gets a bad rep sadly, yeah the PC patches by fans do really help, but even then it's still a great fun time. I recommend people try it and stick with it, because the deeper you go, the more fun it gets.
Still waiting for it to come back on Steam/GOG, via an official remaster.

Hey Egg dude. On Hitman 3, on the Haven Island, if 47 is not wearing shoes, his feet pattern can actually be seen on the sand.
In Batman Arkham knight one of the officers names that stands in front of the doors of the prisoner detention in the GCPD is named “officer seaman”, funny lil detail I’d like to share👍
It was funny seeing one of the goons look at the big guy like “oh for real?”
Alpha Protocol isn't that bad... it just needs polish and better gameplay, just like other Obsidian classics like KotOR II.
A remaster is very much needed for it nowadays.
Oh, and I actually love the Batmobile combat in Arkham Knight. Not sure why, but it might be because of Twisted Metal and Carmageddon experience.
In Arkham knight. If you throw batterangs at the same group of watch tower militia, their comms turn into saying things like “stop please!“ and “why are you doing this to us!”

In Red Dead Redemption 2 Epilogue where you play as John there's a mission where you take Jack fishing in the mission you find Jack reading a book next to a tree in the start but if your a little late and it's night Jack will be in his room, if you start the mission with Jack in his room John will say "Do you want to do something tomorrow" it shows you how detailed a 2018 game really is
