Great atmosphere, majestic instruments, Lara works alone, Jonell Elliot's voice. Definitely Core Design's TR! And they'd definitely make more engaging gameplay and puzzles. I always found myself getting bored playing CD's TR games, they felt bland, the puzzles are boring and rather linear, and the atmosphere, they're just not as mysterious as Core's

The thing is that the Tomb Raider games were like simulators, the movement might be clunky but you actually feel more in control of Lara and the way you interact with the environment depends on your choices. The ps2 games made a lot of things automatic and that removed the sense of realism and freedom and the games felt more like action adventure movies than dungeon explorers

😶Not sure if your blind because there a model by konrad looking like classic lara and edited a main menu similar to TR4 and 5 and Added classic grunts and added the egypt textures because where core usually goes to on TR which is Egypt.
