- Slow Baked at 300 for two hours then drained of all the excess liquid. Then put back in the oven to brown for 20 minutes. So tender and juicy it will make you hurt yourself!!!

I'm making country ribs tomorrow so went on CZcams and did a search and came on your channel. I knew I'd love it because I thought "His kitchen looks like MY kitchen." Thanks for the tip on the brown sugar - don't know why I never thought of that. I use apple cider vinegar - gives it a little bit more flavor. Looking forward to checking out your other recipes.

My guy is waaaaaay too careful with the pre-cleanse. Ain’t no bacteria surviving hours in the oven 😂A vinegar bath is super unnecessary
